I know that sometimes trying to co-ordinate everything into one day is almost impossible.
You try your best and there is always something that gets in the way of your goals. Let me inform you that there is a danger in this way of thinking. What happens is that you are always so busy trying to reach your goals, that you miss out on the important aspect of living your life to the fullest and before you know it, life has passed you by the wayside.
Being flexible in your daily life is part of a healthy lifestyle. By taking this approach to your day, you can easily match your schedule with your goals. But, don’t finish the day unless you have finished what you started out to do. By completing your tasks, you are re-enforcing your belief in yourself through action and results. This further motivates you to fill in the important gaps of things that you needed to accomplish.
With practice, you will see an increase in your results by being flexible as well as increasing your time management skills. The key is to keep organized, busy, goal-oriented and healthy.
Most of us feel that because we live in a complex world that we have to keep everything so complicated. In actual fact, the simpler the better. The trick is to stay absolutely focused and not to get sidetracked. By remaining true to your goals and remaining focused, you can narrow your vision by keeping things simple. In other words, multitasking can negatively affect your focus, so try not to juggle too many things at once. Once you have completed a task, check it off the list and move onto the next. By doing this, you will see that you are accomplishing your goals and it will motivate you to achieve your next task.
The same is true in the information or internet marketing world. Lets face it. Internet marketing, no matter how you look at it is about selling something to someone else. Therefore, we all need a simple system in order to learn, understand and implement the skills required to create a passive income online. You just have to know where to start and receive that information from the right person.
Even better…a simple system that guarantees you income in your first six weeks. I know that sounds like “pie in the sky” but just imagine that you have learned and developed the skills to create a passive income online. You will never forget these skills and you will be able to create income anytime you wish. That’s the beauty of a simple system. By keeping focus, taking action and keeping everything simple you will then be able to take on more complex tasks.
I got this song stuck in my head called “Good Life” and it got me
thinking about things…
Many people are out there struggling. Some are on the verge of being
homeless or loosing their jobs…name just about any horrible situation
and I’m sure someone is experiencing it.
It’s sad because many times peoples lives drastically change because
of one incident and it completely alters their life for good…
A lot of times people ask me for the “secrets” to success and
how I’ve made this and that
..but in all honesty the number one thing that stayed consistent
wasn’t the money, it’s my belief in myself!
Think about this for a second, how did many people keep their jobs
when the recession hit….or how many more millionaires were created
while the recession was in place
What do you think was the biggest difference that they had?
It’s simple…it’s SKILLSET!
The people that kept their jobs stuck around because they had “better”
skills than the people that lost their job…
The people that became millionaires while a large percentage of the
population went homeless grew their riches because they had “better”
skills to manifest abundance…
The rich know how to utilize their skills and monetize every little
aspect they can…while the poor sit around and mop and think about
all the bad things that happen in their life.
If you’re not continuously growing, then you’re dying!
Sorry to put it blunt, but sometimes it’s that slap in the face that you
need to waken up your inner self to start accomplishing instead of
complaining!
So if you’re not developing more skills in whatever career you’re in,
then you’ll never be able to experience “true security”
The only security we have is in ourselves…
Hope this finds you well and I look forward to helping you grow.
Bud McKenzie

What you are about to read comes directly from the heart.
After a near fatal accident and spending almost three months in the hospital, I am finally able to sit back, relax and start blogging again. I apologize for the delay in blogging to the world, but I really had to search deeply inside myself to gain the courage to let the words flow freely.
Yes, it takes courage to write honestly and without worrying about what others may think of you. But that was part of the problem. You see, writing what you really feel shouldn’t affect others opinions because that is the very reason why you are writing. Your opinions and thoughts are extremely valuable for others to learn and understand. I am only a gatekeeper, allowing others to express themselves freely in an ever changing world.
I wanted to thank each and every one of you for reading my blog posts in the past as well as your positive and informative comments. I promise to fill this blog with positive, informational and valuable content. There is no motive for my efforts, just an older gentleman reaching out a hand to those who would like to have a true friend. Our lives are too short and time does not wait for us. Please, set aside a few moments each day to concentrate on the little things that mean so much to you and others that share your life.
By the way, I learned an excellent way to take action and to get things done. Before the end of your day, make a list of 6 things that you must complete the next day and do not go to bed until they are completed. The key is to be realistic and if there are one or two items on your list that you can’t possibly do the next day, then break them down into bite-sized chunks that will motivate you to move forward. If you try this for one week you will begin to feel an increase in your energy as well as your successes. Then, try it for one month and gradually it will become a habit. You will be amazed at your increase in production as well as the accomplishment of your goals.
I also wanted to express a huge thank you to all of you who have taken advantage of a Free Gold Savings Account.
Just to let you know that this is my primary business and I have literally dropped everything to pursue this opportunity. I have been affiliate marketing for over four years now and I have never seen an opportunity of this magnitude.
Hey, Boomers! I know you may feel overwhelmed but just take action and start with a well developed plan!
The internet is literally exploding! Expansion, contraction, recession, or boom just doesn’t matter… the internet is exploding… and continues to explode. But more importantly, the number of people, from all walks of life, making significant money on the web is exploding too.
I have heard some incredible stories. A couple stories hit so close to home that they were hard to ignore. And unless you’ve been under a rock for the last several years, you’ve probably also heard some tales of [nearly] unbelievable wealth creation- sometimes by the least likely individuals.
The media has inundated us with incredible exclamations, “It’s the next massive gold rush. More millionaires will be created from the internet boom than by any other event in history. We are about to experience the greatest shift in wealth in the history of the globe. The internet will literally change the way the entire world does business.”
Having been in sales and marketing for over 20 years, I often thought, “How can I take advantage of this? Why can’t I take my years of sales experience and skills to make big money on the web like all these stories I’ve been hearing? How do I climb on too and ride this wave of unprecedented wealth transfer?”
As I began investigating the vast amount of information about internet marketing and sales, I was literally overwhelmed. I knew I had no knowledge to just jump in and make it work? How could I ever learn all that was required to actually earn some money? How could I get it started if I had to spend months and months learning all this stuff that would probably change by the time I got to put it into action?
Should I join an established company or just hire a web designer and try something myself? There is so much to do and digest, am I just too far behind? How will I ever be able to learn all this search engine optimization, and blogs, and short-tail searches, and auto-responders, or video blasts, and landing pages, and opt-in lists, and facebook walls, and what the heck’s a tweet?
Is it possible that this electronic world passed me by so fast that there is simply no catching up? I thought maybe the kids today have been so entrenched in it that I may not even be able to compete. Granted, they never knew about pong, and I still don’t know how to use ping. Should I just accept the fact that I’m on the outside looking in? Is the internet marketing learning curve so steep that I simply can’t traverse it?
It seemed that the more questions I asked, and the deeper I researched, the more uncertainty I had. I became so discouraged and lost. I thought, maybe there is just too much to understand and I simply missed the boat. Maybe those lofty dreams of a fun, abundant, stress-free life that fly around in my head when I read about all the other successes, are just that- lofty dreams.
I thought maybe I had better face the reality that I never will get to see the Eiffel Tower with my own eyes, or walk up the Spanish Steps in Rome, or climb the pyramids in Egypt, or take a helicopter down the Grand Canyon. I started to feel sorry for myself – like maybe it could happen for other people but maybe it just wasn’t ever going to happen for me… sound familiar?
But as I spent nine months scouring the web, surfing countless sites, reading business plans, shooting emails back and forth, sifting through all the fluff, and watching hundreds of presentation videos, my mind kept going back to that life-changing line in the movie “The Edge” when Anthony Hopkins insists Alec Baldwin repeat over and over, “What one man can do, another can do… What one man can do, another can do… What one man can do, another can do!”
And I held on to that hope that something – somehow – someway, would eventually surface and provide the door. And then one day, it happened. I found it. I found the answer. A program actually exists, a systematic platform that allows for true beginners to bypass so much of the tough, time-consuming learning, and get right into the meat of internet marketing. A program that gives you the roadmap and the logistics so you can participate in the most important aspect- making money. It’s honest, and forthright, and it’s built on a foundation of integrity.
Do the research like I did. I looked. I listened. I basically did the due diligence necessary-intelligently, in detail, and responsibly. I got on a plane and flew cross the country and looked and listened some more. And after all the investigation…I was extremely impressed, I became a believer… It is so refreshing to see that there really are still good, top-notch, sharp, solid people out there who operate with integrity. People of trust.
I’m not sure how to convey a depth of conviction within a written article, except to tell you with sincerity… It’s true, it’s authentic, and most importantly, it’s do-able for anybody who is willing to buckle down and change their life. The results are real. They truly are. Like one of those miracle days in your life, I found it… the answer… the absolutely perfect answer. It’s real and it’s true and it’s available to you. Make the commitment to your inner self to move forward, to grow, to grab all that this life offers, and expand like you’ve only dreamed. Why not you? Why not now?

Hey, Boomers! Be courageous and take that first step to living your dreams and go after what you really want in life!!
As children we have big dreams about what we are going to do as adults, about the people we are going to become. Whether it is flying to the moon as an astronaut, saving lives as a firefighter, or winning the World Series with a home run, there is no little voice in our heads telling us we can’t. As we grow up, however, that voice is given life and grows in power as we spend time around various adults. Our parents, teachers, coaches, and other authority figures tell us to stop dreaming; we are told over and over again why we can’t succeed and that we should just give up our “silly dreams”.
Live Without Regrets
The single biggest regret that most people have when looking back on their life is giving up on their dreams. They might have tried their hardest and failed, or they might have given up fairly quickly. Some never even attempted to make their dreams a reality; the common denominator in all of their lives is fear. It could be a fear of failure, a fear of what others might think, or even a fear of success. The fact remains that they all chose to let their fears rule them and gave up on their dreams.
The Definition Of Courage
Many people mistakenly believe that having courage means you feel little or no fear, but nothing could be further from the truth. Courage is not the absence of fear, it is acting in spite of it. Courageous people still feel the fear but do not let it stop them from going after what they want. The number of courageous people in the world today is still unfortunately quite small, as Henry David Thoreau’s famous quote still rings true. “Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.”
What Path Will You Choose?
We all come to a crossroads at certain points in our lives where we have to make important decisions about our future. Reading this right now, you might even be at a crossroads yourself. What path will you choose?
Will you choose to listen to the dream stealers, the people who want you to live the same boring and mediocre lives they do? Will you choose to let your fears win and give up on your dreams? This is the path chosen by many; it is the safe route through life. You will have a somewhat comfortable yet mundane life, with little to no time to do what you really want.
You can be different, though. You can take the path that very few people ever do. Will you choose to be courageous and go after what you really want? Will you choose to ignore the little doubting voice in your head telling you that you can’t, and chase your dreams?
It’s alright if you’re scared. It’s alright if you don’t know exactly how you are going to make your dreams a reality yet. The important thing is taking the first step toward living your dreams. To do that, all you have to do is choose the path of courage.

A positive frame of mind is important for so many reasons. Positive thinking is proven to enhance performance in productivity and quality. We tend to think more creatively and perform better when we are feeling positive and well. When you are on top form, your confidence levels will go through the roof and this can only help you in your work and personal life. If you can sustain yourself with regular challenges and honest self appraisal, the benefits are enormous. Fear induces us to put the brakes on; to stop thinking in a productive way. Fear of poverty, of losing face, of being proved wrong hold us back from taking part in active decision making. As our judgment becomes clouded with negative thinking, we become timid in the face of adversity. Opportunity becomes redefined as an impossible challenge and we end up standing still whilst the rest of the world passes us by. Negative emotions are emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety, jealousy regret, sadness. These emotions are capable of not only having a powerful, unwanted effect on you physically, but also of having a significant impact the way you conduct your life. Negative emotions can ingrain habits of limiting decision making.
One of the benefits of personal development is that it can encourage all the healthy parts of you to grow and the less savory parts to whither on the vine. It can improve our general well being and make us more harmonious inside. All of our emotional processes, attitudes, values, our beliefs and motivations are interconnected.
If life was easy then we would have nothing to be motivated for. That is why by bringing in other challenges and goals – be it learning another language or taking up a new creative hobby – you can develop a highly disciplined mind that will assist you in many other areas of life. Maintaining confidence and motivation is the secret to long term success. However, long term success is achieved from short term goals! What this means is through setting smaller goals and then rewarding yourself for achieving them on a regular basis.
Thinking well is being well. There are only a minority of people who achieve success without having any belief in them self or in what they are doing. Be proud of the positive steps you have decided to take in asserting control over your life
Think well of yourself. Change negative self-talk to positive self-encouragement. Give yourself the same consideration you would give a cherished friend. Learn to become your own cheer leader instead of your own worst critic. Once you have banished these negative thoughts, you should turn your attention towards coming up with an action plan. This plan will form the bedrock of your positive state of mind. You can take this even further by putting reward days into the planner to act as an extra bit of motivation. By breaking your routine down into a series of short term goals you will have more fun and experience a greater sense of accomplishment along the way. Of course this will only work if you are honest and open with yourself. Your journal should never lie otherwise you are only telling lies to yourself and defeating the object of your goal.
Your plan should be customized according to your own personal set of requirements and informed judgment. The effects of this are that you will be proving to yourself that you can take control of your own destiny. With a clear structure in place, you will never lose focus of the task in hand. This will help to avoid the feelings of helplessness and submissiveness that can happen to people who feel like they are not in control of a situation.

Hey, Boomers! Confidence building is something we all need to work on each and every day!
Many people long to be more confident and we all deserve to possess a great self-image and self-worth. When you literally glow with self-confidence, you attract other people to you like a magnet and you instantly appear more attractive to others. Confidence enables you to pursue your goals in life. For this reason, confidence building is a skill we all need to master.
Step One – Learn To Like Yourself
This is a vital part of your confidence. If you do not like yourself you cannot achieve true confidence. You must start to appreciate all the things you like about yourself. At first, you may find it hard to think of things you admire about yourself or think of things that you do well and have a talent for. Most of us have been taught from a very young age that self-appreciation is selfish and arrogant and boastful. We are not talking about any of those “negative” traits here – we are simply referring to developing a healthy appreciation for ourselves, a gratitude for our uniqueness. Sure, there might be things about yourself that you do not like or wish to change, but these should never blind you to truly liking yourself. No one is perfect – as humans we can never expect to be perfect!
Step Two – Choose Your Thoughts With Care
You are what you think about and you and only you control your thoughts – no one else, not your partner, your boss, your parents, your friends. Only you. And because of that it is your task to choose your thoughts carefully. Confidence building requires optimistic thoughts. Now, many pessimistic people view optimism as unrealistic or even childish. Pessimistic and negative thoughts simply make you feel miserable about everything and yet those negative thoughts were chosen and have most likely become a habit. Scientists have calculated that the average adult has around 90,000 thoughts each day, of which 60,000 are repetitive. So it seems we are thinking the same thoughts over and over. Surely it is best to choose positive, optimistic, affirmative thoughts? Get into the habit of using affirmations. These are positive statements that can change your negative thinking habits for the better. The right affirmations, such as “I am a confident person” or “I have the perfect job” can leave you feeling uplifted and yes – confident!
Step Three – Observe Confident People
A great way of confidence building is to observe the actions, habits and words of truly confident people. Let them be your mentors and learn from them. Listen to how they speak and how they behave. Some people are innately confident but there are many more that have made the decision to become confident. Both types are worthwhile mentors.
Step Four – Select Your Influences
None of us can avoid being exposed to outside opinions and influences such as friends, family, politicians, television programmes, the internet and newspapers. But what you can do is to be aware of what influences you and to make choices about the influences you select. Instead of listening to the doom and gloom on the television news each night, decide to read an inspirational biography of someone you admire. Or watch a comedy show instead. Listen to recordings of affirmations and begin to limit the amount of negative messages you hear around you. Remember that pessimism zaps your confidence so limit it as much as possible in your life.
Step Five – Be Wary Of Comparisons
Our competitive society seems to demand that we compare ourselves with others. Often, we are made to feel that we are, in some way, lacking or not good enough. Comparing yourself unfavourably to someone is the quickest way to put a halt to your confidence building. Not only is this comparison a waste of time but it is often damaging. No one has the perfect life; everyone has problems of some sort regardless of whether they have beauty, money or fame. Don’t put other people on pedestals – it is not a position they deserve or ask for. Remind yourself again as to why you like yourself and if you must compare yourself with someone, ensure that it is a person who inspires you, someone who possesses the qualities of confidence that you are building for yourself. Acquiring confidence requires you to break the habit of comparing yourself poorly to others and to start to realise how very lucky and blessed you are in contrast to so many other people in the world.
Confidence building is a process that takes time but if you put the effort in and follow the five steps, you will soon be on your way to acquiring the sort of self-esteem you admire in others. In time, you could also become a mentor to someone who wishes to increase their confidence.

Those people who get the most happiness and joy out of life are those who have a trusting mindset. Those with a suspicious mindset get less out of life.
This is because those with a wary and non-trusting mindset limit themselves to receiving good things in life. They do not believe it is possible or believe in scarcity. That there is simply not enough to go around everyone, especially them.
This is a shame because there is plenty of good to be shared around everybody. It is not reserved only for a select or finite number of people. Unfortunately for those who buy into scarcity this is what their experience will be. Ultimately they will attract scarce opportunities, scarce situations and scarce amounts of money into their life.
Those on the other hand who have a trusting mindset and truly believe whatever happens is for the highest good will experience this in their life. They will attract an abundance of opportunities, an abundance of money and generally live an abundant, full life.
All because their mindset is open and allowing. It is the rare person who has a trusting mindset. And if you come across someone with a trusting mindset they will stand out a mile to you, because it is not the norm.
If you would like to change your mindset from being wary and suspicious to a more trusting mindset, there are a couple of things you can do.
When you next find yourself saying something to yourself that is non-trusting – be aware how you are acting. Stop and realize how you are reacting and in that same moment make a conscious effort to be more trusting. Change your thought around as soon as you can.
With practice you will get quicker at doing this. Sometimes you may be slow and only remember at the end of the day. Other times you will catch yourself in the moment of thinking a non-trusting thought.
You can also adopt new beliefs such as believing the world is a safe place, believing that whatever happens is for the highest good for everyone involved and believing that it is OK if you don’t know all the answers.
Consciously changing your beliefs and taking on more helpful beliefs will go a long way in ensuring you have a trusting mindset too. The results are worth it because you will now attract and continue to attract an abundance of opportunities into your life.

The power of positive thinking can be considered the key to success for just about anything you may be trying to accomplish. More and more people are becoming aware that attitude is everything if you expect to become successful. With a positive attitude you not only increase your own determination but you also decrease your stress levels.
So whether it is personal or professional success that you seek you can see how important a positive attitude can be.
Let’s have a look at 5 different ways you can reinforce a positive mindset when you are striving to accomplish any of your goals.
Remind Yourself of Your ‘Why’
When you are pursuing any objectives that presents occasional ‘challenges or barriers’ you will likely be in need of either constant or periodic encouragement. A great source of this type of inspiration is simply reminding yourself of the benefits you will enjoy once your objectives have been met. By answering your own question as to ‘why am I doing this’ you will find the necessary positive reinforcement to motivate you onward. Do not lose sight of your goals nor the reason as to why you want to reach them. Record Progress
Progress made indicates you are moving in the desired direction therefore this is again positive reinforcement that your previous efforts have not been in vain. By recording your own progress you can ‘visually’ observe the gains you are making. The closer you get to your ultimate objectives the more positive you will be feeling and the stronger your motivation will be. Perform Random Acts of Kindness
As you are ‘out and about’ take the opportunity when it is presented to you to assist others by performing simple tasks or gestures. Random acts of kindness like this will make you feel better about yourself and hopefully will encourage others to do the same. This feeling of well-being will give you additional positive energy and in general more optimism about everything. Take a Break
An occasional break involving something you enjoy keeps you from ‘burning out’ or allowing negative feelings to develop. As the saying goes ‘all work and no play …..’ Give Thanks for What is Good
Focusing on the good in your life sends surges of positive energy through you and also distracts you from dwelling on any negative that can ‘drain’ you. This is something none of us seem to do enough of even though it is an easily available resource that can boost our mood and performance.
The key to success in your personal or professional life lies in the power of positive thinking. Maintaining a mindset like this keeps you more focused and stress free thereby allowing you to better apply yourself to any task. Whether it is personal or professional success you seek a positive attitude will help you maintain the level of confidence that you will need to become successful. When in pursuit of any goals it is important to realize that your attitude is everything insofar as keeping yourself motivated. By using the 5 techniques we discussed above you will be able maintain the proper mindset that will enable you to reach your desired objectives.
