A very short time ago, I actually believed that I had to live at the gym in order to lose fat, but losing weight has everything to do with what you eat and not how much you exercise. It’s the food you consume and your habits that put on the weight. Most people think that they have to sit down and eat three square meals a day but this habit can actually make you gain weight and not lose fat. The truth is that you need to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day that will increase your metabolism which in turn will cause you to lose weight without exercise. I personally fell into this category where I am working hard all day and don’t have the time or energy to exercise at the end of a long day. Exercise is important and I do get my exercise each day, but I now don’t have to run through rigorous 5 minute exercises for 20 minutes that make me feel my heart is going to pop out of my chest.
Losing 2 pounds of fat per week, every week may not seem very much weight loss, but I’m not talking about water weight, I’m talking about 2 pounds off your thigh, butt, hip and I saw my body start to transform overnight.
