Hey, Boomers!
We all know that with keeping healthy and staying fit should be part of our daily routine but with our busy lives sometimes our plans get in the way. I realized that this was something that I could not achieve by myself and that I needed guidance. But who do you turn to for help! You already have had your blood tested and your doctor told you that you need to keep your cholesterol in check as well as eat healthy smaller meals and exercise daily for about 1/2 hour, but where do you start? This was my dilemma and I needed someone to take me by the hand and show me step-by-step because this was not going to be a simple task, it was going to be life changing for me and it was scary.
