Hey, Boomers! Another way of getting noticed in the forums is to have your own Avatar.

Having your own Avatar is another important feature to keep in mind when you are sending emails, communicating with others as well as making comments on the forums. In this way, people will get to know you and I always put my face up there so that when someone is reading one of my posts, they can also put my name and face with it and make the connection. This is probably a little corny but it makes you seem like more of a real person that gives you credibility in the eyes of your reader. By putting an Avatar linking you to your emails, sites, blogs and forums etc, your readers will get to know you through your Avatar and will instantly recognize that it is you and will be more apt to make comments on your sites. If you really want to see the difference, track the sites, blogs and forums with your new Avatar and see the increased results. Getting a new Avatar is easy as entering an email address which will send you a confirmation link in order for you to enter your username and password so that you can easily upload your Avatar linking your email.

You can also upload any image that you may have on your computer or one that is on the internet. I would recommend uploading an image with a G rating and linking it with as many email accounts that you have at the present time. In this way, any message that you receive or send using your email accounts will be linked to your new Avatar. Go ahead, try it and see the results.
