Why Motivation helps any Online Entrepreneur to kickstart his internet business?

Motivation is found within every being, human and animals alike. This motivation needs only to be triggered by some internal factors such as some high ambitions or by some external factor such as a competitive environment of work, where one would struggle to be the best. However even after it has been triggered, not everyone can make the right use of this motivation to achieve their goals. They either fall in the trap of overconfidence or just let the motivation lapse away and accept defeat.

Once activated, motivation will bring a lot of changes in the mindset generally.  It may even change the whole perception of a person. However, no one can ever say that he or she has never been motivated because there is always a factor triggering this feeling of motivation around us. Even living everyday is part of being motivated to live to achieve things that we desire.

Paradoxically it is also worth noting that the effective use of motivation is not given to everybody. Motivation is like a fire that needs to be perpetually fed with oxygen to stay lit.  If we do not give it the right treatment, the motivation within us is bound to slack off and lead to disastrous effects. In order to make the effective use of motivation, some guidelines need to be followed so as to channel all its energy to the mainstream of success.

Using motivation in the right way is not an easy feat for everyone, but it is not impossible also. In fact, if the whole planning and preparation is done dutifully, a motivated person can all but succeed in every of his/her work. To achieve this, one has to make very good use of time and use it to plan all possibilities extensively, to set the goals and to reflect upon the anticipated rewards, and to act right away.

It is only by putting in practice of some of these simple guidelines that anyone can in fact use motivation in the right manner. Thus, it is not erroneous to say that motivation is for the use of everyone, but they just have to know how to use it correctly!

Be Motivated and Stay Motivated

Hey, Boomers! Know exactly what you want in life, then go for it!

Being motivated comes from taking your dreams out of the realm of fantasy and starting to make them a concrete possibility. This is the first step in making them a reality.

Motivation is the desire to take action, and the belief that your actions will lead you in the direction you want to go.

To create motivation, to figure out exactly what it is you want to have in your life. Saying ‘I just want to be happy’ is very vague, and our minds cannot grasp hold of such an abstract goal. We need to define our goals clearly in order to know where we are headed, and what we need to do to get there.

It is also very important to believe that your goals are possible to achieve. To make it easier for yourself to be convinced of your chance of success, try breaking a bigger goal into smaller steps. That will not only make your first goal more quickly and easily achievable, but we can generally picture ourselves on the first rung of a ladder more effortlessly than we can imagine ourselves at the top. Don’t worry about the top of the ladder when you are standing at the bottom. Just focus all your attention and effort on that first rung.

Big goals are very rarely achieved in one stage. Most goals, like most journeys, are broken into many steps. As the Chinese philosopher Lao-Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” You don’t necessarily need to believe that you can travel the thousand miles- you just only need to believe that you can take the first step. That first step will then provide even more inspiration and motivation for taking the second and third steps.

It becomes easier and easier to be motivated and to stay motivated when you see the concrete results of your actions. The action, result, motivation snowball begins to build, and gain momentum. However, the first step is action.

Whether you need to find motivation in order to take the first action, or whether the success of the first action creates the motivation is a chicken and egg scenario. And guess what? It really doesn’t matter. So long as the action is being taken, the results will happen.

If you are finding it difficult to be motivated and to take action, there are several things you can do. One is to use creative visualization. This means creating a mental picture of the outcome you wish to achieve.

Take your time, and make it as real, detailed, and immediate as you can. If you are struggling to get a website up and running, imagine yourself with just the home page finished. Use all your senses in your visualization. Feel the elation at the successful completion of your task. See the screen with its clear, bold text and graphics. Hear the voice of your friends telling you how great it looks. Let your feelings of excitement and elation build until you can no longer sit still, and your fingers are itching to get to a keyboard.

Another great way to find motivation and to stay motivated is to read the stories of other people who have overcome obstacles and achieved their dreams. These motivational stories remind us that there is always a way to create what you want in our lives- we just need to believe it!

Goal Setting For Students

The 11 Basics of Goal Setting

“Man is a goal-seeking animal. His life only has meaning if he is reaching out and striving for his goals.” –Aristotle

“Many people fail in life, not for lack of ability or brains or even courage, but simply because they have never organized their energies around a goal.” –Elbert Hubbard

Millions of words have been written about goal setting. Millions of people set goals. Yet, most goals set by most people remain unfulfilled. I have distilled (from experience and education) the eleven essentials of successful goal setting here for you. Follow these and you will accomplish your goals. Fail to follow these and you probably will not. No hype. No rah-rah encouragement. No fluff. Just the simple explanation of how and why to set and ACCOMPLISH goals.

1. Goals must be original. That does not mean that they cannot be the same or similar to the goals that others may have; it means that they must be yours, not secondhand. Many people set goals according to the hopes and expectations that they have been programmed to have by parents, teachers, society or cultural norms.

As a consequence they do not own these goals. You cannot generally have or hold what is not yours or even if you do manage to keep it, it will not have any value or meaning to you. What’s the point then of having it? The real reason you set and hope to achieve goals is not just to have the thing, it is to be happy and fulfilled in the accomplishment.

Set goals that are yours; not inherited or assumed. If they are not your own original goals, even if you manage to accomplish them, it will mean very little to you. Why waste your life pursuing something that will end up as meaningless?

2. Goals must be inspirational. They must arouse your passion. This must be a consuming passion, not some whim or ‘someday I’d like to’ feeling. You must desire passionately to achieve what you set as a goal. It must drive you to action and you must feel fulfilled in that action because you know that it is leading to the fulfillment of your goal.

It is passion that drives you to move continuously toward your goal. It is passion that keeps you from getting distracted. It is passion that keeps you from getting discouraged. It is passion that fuels your motivation. It is passion that draws others to you to assist in your goals. It is passion that inspires you and others. It is passion that lights your way through the darkness that you will find along the way.

Get passionate about your goals or get passionate about someone else’s. Life without passion is not a life; it is merely an existence.

3. Goals must be harmonious. Obviously, you cannot have conflicting goals in life or you will be conflicted. That’s the easy part. Your goals, however, must also be in harmony with your core beliefs and your self-assigned purpose in life.

It is easy to understand that to having conflicting goals will raise your stress levels and frustrate you. Yet, people do that to themselves all the time.

It is not so easy to understand that you may have some deep set unconscious game plan for your life (whether from some basic spiritual urge or from some sense of undefined purpose) and the goals you set may actually be in conflict with that real, but hidden, game plan.

First, decide who you are and what you are here to do and then set your goals in alignment with that; or you, yourself, on a subconscious or super conscious level will continually be sabotaging your goals.

4. Goals must be realistic. There is not much point in setting a goal to personally live on Mars, if you are today over 95. The goals you set for yourself must be achievable within the framework of what is humanly possible.

But (and this is important) realistic does not mean what the majority commonly accepts as realistic. Most people did not think that it was realistic to attempt to fly a bicycle with wings and a motor attached, but two brothers named Wright did. Most people did not think it was realistic to build a personal computer for people to use in their home, but two guys named Steve did.

These 4 guys changed reality for all of us. Their goals were obviously, in retrospect, quite realistic. Don’t let your imagination be hemmed in by the crowd.

5. Goals must be idealistic. In two ways—they must involve your personal ideals in the five mentioned areas of your life and they must be progressively higher or further ahead than you are at now.

If your goals are not in tune with your ideals, you will be conflicted. Most people are, in some way, in conflict with the different aspects of self: Material and Financial ($$$ & Things); Physical and Environmental (Health of body, home and world); Emotional and Relationship (Happiness, Love, Social contact); Mental and Educational (Learning, Awareness, Self-knowledge); Spiritual and Ethical (Unity, Life purpose, Values, Sacredness). This is why they are unhappy and why they do not achieve their highest potential. Set your goals in harmony with your ideals.

If your goals are not idealistic (in the sense that they are progressive), you will get bored and unsatisfied. People (those who don’t understand) often wonder why those who are already extremely wealthy continue to pursue more wealth. It is because the ideal is always being extended or raised. Great achievers don’t rest on their laurels. Each goal achieved is merely a stepping-stone to more and greater achievement. It is not the end in itself.

6. Goals must be specific. Goals like “I want to be rich” are not worth the paper they are printed on. Rich must be defined. $1 million in the bank might mean rich to most people but it means poor to many others. It is the same for more ethereal goals. I want to be happy means nothing. Happy must be defined just as rich must be defined. I want to be spiritually fulfilled is the same…meaningless, unless defined.

What does rich mean to you? Exactly. What does happy mean to you? Don’t know exactly? Then how on earth will you ever even know if you get there? I have met a lot of people who say that they are on a spiritual path. I like to ask where that path is leading. Most can’t say anything specific. It is all very nebulous. If your destination is not defined, how in heaven’s name will you know if and when you get there?

7. Goals must be adaptable. One of my favorite jokes (which would offend some readers so I will not quote it here) involves a guy who had set a specific goal but when a gal came along to offer a much better fulfillment, he asked her to help him to accomplish his original one. Many people miss the better fulfillment of a goal because their focus on the one they had originally visualized is too intense and narrow to recognize the better one when it shows up.

Be sure that you are focused on the best possible fulfillment of your goal, not just on the method that you foresaw that goal fulfillment happening.

8. Goals must be visualized. If you cannot see it as real and as true and as a part of the way you live your life…it will not happen.

Many folks, when confronted with some seemingly outrageous possibility or goal, will comment, ‘I’ll believe it when I see it made real, not just some imaginary ideal.’ The dreamers, schemers and achievers of history all had a different approach…’I see it. I believe it. It is real if it exists in my imagination.’ Tiger Woods ‘sees’ his shots landing on the green a few feet from the cup before he takes the shot. The average golfer looks up (usually too soon) from his shot to see where it went. Guess whose shots end up where most often. Visualize the reality in your imagination and it will become real in your manifestation.

9. Goals must be affirmed. You must tell yourself all day, every day, in your constant conscious and subconscious self-talk that your goal is real and achievable. AND, you must tell others what your goal is so that they can ‘buy into it’ and contribute to it. If you don’t believe in it enough to make it a part of your daily conversation and are not passionate enough about it to be compelled to talk about it to yourself and others, it is NOT real for you and it will NOT become real.

You will be surrounded by naysayers. Someone must speak the truth of the reality of your goal. That is your 24/7 job. Constantly affirm where you are headed and why. You’ll end up not only convincing yourself but the world as well.

10. Goals must be time related. Everything exists in space and time. If something is not defined precisely in space and time, it does not exist. A goal of someday, I’d like to be financially secure, or someday, I’d like to climb that mountain does not, and it is highly likely that it WILL NOT ever, exist as anything other than nebulous wishful thinking. You must set specific times for your goals to be made manifest OR you will be forever going towards you goals and never quite reaching them.

Almost everyone in developed countries sets the goal of retirement in financial security, but the overwhelming do NOT achieve that. Why? One of the reasons is that it is always a ‘someday’ goal not a ‘by June 21st 2010’ goal. Of course, it is also likely that these people are also not applying the other 10 rules of effective goal setting.

11. Goals must be written down.
If it exists only in your head, it is only wishful thinking. This is the basic, proven by experience, truth of the matter…95% of people who have specific written goals, accomplish them; and 95% of people who have unwritten goals (specific or not) do not. If you can read that sentence and not begin immediately to write down your goals, you might as well resign yourself to the fact that you will not accomplish what you imagine you want to be, do and have in life.

Yes, there are those few high achievers who manage to set clear distinct goals without writing them down and also manage to stay focused on them for their entire lives. Don’t kid yourself…you are not one of those people. I’ll prove it to you. Tell me (or anyone) right now exactly, specifically and in full detail what goals you held 1,000 days ago.

By reading this article, you are already on the way to your goal setting exercise.  Do not let anything get in the way.

Write them down! Period! Now!

The Secrets for Success: How to Accomplish Your Goals & Dreams

You can become and accomplish anything in life! Your successes, greatness, and potential are determined by you alone; and all of the characteristics necessary to achieve your goals and dreams already lie within you. Our success and potential is not determined by talent or ability, knowledge or money, race or gender, or even circumstance or setting – it is created, developed, and determined from within ourselves. Our dreams and goals will be achieved only when we understand and implement the fundamental laws and secrets for success.

Below is outlined the formula or secret to success; and yet, it is no secret at all because these laws of success have been understood and implemented by all the great philosophers, artists, religious leaders, military commanders, and political leaders of every age. It is these same principles that reveal and explain why today’s greatest athletes, performers, businessmen, scientists, and politicians have achieved and become what they have. Understand, however, that these laws are simple in theory, and yet extremely difficult in practicality. Far too often people mistakenly disregard the basic simplicity of these attributes and practices and wrongfully assume that the ‘how-to’ advice from books, seminars, and even mentors will reveal and teach them the necessary knowledge and specifics of how to be successful. And yet, even an understanding of and belief in these principles is not enough; success will only be accomplished and dreams can only be achieved when knowledge of these laws is combined with persistent action and daily implementation.

These secrets for success apply to everyone, and to any goal, dream, or success!

1) Put God & Family First: Regardless of what your dreams and goals are, never forget what success in life is all about. True success is not realized in the accomplishment of the goal, but in the person we become along the journey towards the goal. If in pursuit of our dream we fail to put God first, and do not make time for family, then all other successes will be failures. And when all is said and done, dealing with the disappointment of certain failures will be far easier than dealing with the disappointment that accompanies some successes because they were not the right successes. Putting God and family first will not only eventuate into the ‘real’ successes of life, but ironically, having these as your priorities will actually contribute to and be the reason for all other successes you achieve.

2) Desire Success: A strong desire to achieve a goal or dream is the fundamental starting point for all successes and accomplishments in life. Do not be confused however, because desire is not the same thing as hope, wish, or interest. Desire is synonymous with motivation, commitment, determination, and a willingness to do whatever is necessary to accomplish the goal or dream.

3) Dream Big, Think Big, & Think Differently: You may have a desire, but do you actually have a dream or a goal? Do you fall victim to the dominating culture of mediocrity and feel limited by circumstance, or do you actually think big and dream big? Until you do, average you will remain. We literally are what we think – so think big to be big! And be forewarned that when you find yourself thinking, speaking, and acting like the majority (in regards to dreams, goals, and ‘success’ in life) – you are in terrible company. Dare to dream. Dare to be and think different. And think big always. Then, with enough mental conditioning, belief, and persistent action, your dreams and big thinking will translate into actions that eventuate into big results.

4) Believe in Yourself & Believe Your Dreams Are Possible: We can become and accomplish anything! And yet, nothing great has ever been accomplished until there was first belief in self – and then faith and belief that the idea, goal, or dream was possible. We each spend too much time focusing on our own weaknesses and failures, the lack of knowledge or money, fears and doubts, the abilities and talents of others, or on limitations and circumstances that really only exist in our own minds. Our potential is actually what frightens us; and more often than not, mediocrity and being average is desirable because it justifies us not having to put in the work necessary to be successful. Truthfully, the heart of the problem and the number one reason why most people fail to accomplish their dreams, goals, and potential in life is a lack of belief in themselves and their dreams.

5) Eliminate the Voices of Fear & Doubt … Continually: The only limitations in life are the ones we create, believe, and nourish within our own minds. People everywhere have great ideas, reachable dreams, and unlimited potential, but they spend too much time listening to the voices of fear, doubt, and failure that they never take action. Fear and doubt are unnecessary worry and evidence of a lack of self-confidence. They demonstrate one’s inability to control their thoughts and are the underlying reason for most failures. Fear and doubt breed inaction and procrastination, and ironically, these common thoughts are found in everyone. Thankfully, fear and doubt can be controlled and overcome by anyone – but this requires consistent daily effort because these voices never go away. We must discipline our thoughts constantly and remove from our vocabulary such words as: can’t, quit, unable, impossible, etc. Living our dreams requires killing our fears and doubts.

6) Completely Commit & Be Totally Determined: Most times, success results not from one’s ability or talent, knowledge or money, or even circumstance or luck; it comes from their zeal, drive, and determination to reach a goal or dream. The journey to success will inevitably be difficult, and it is in these trying moments that desire and belief are not enough; it is only a complete commitment and a determination to do whatever is takes to be successful that will get you through when fears and doubts come, failures arise, an easier path is presented, or others mock. When you completely commit to your goal and the accomplishment of your dream, you accept no excuses, you get up after temporary failures, and you persist in action until your desire and dream have been achieved.

7) Establish an Organized Plan & Goals: A cheap pen is perhaps just as important as a big dream! If our ideas, goals, and dreams are not written down, reviewed often, and specifically organized, then we risk becoming like the majority of dreamers who later in their life look back at missed opportunities and failed potential and regretfully say “I wish I would have.” Our plan and goals must not only be written but also reviewed often, revised occasionally, and be totally committed to. Specific, measurable, reachable and challenging actions must also accompany the goals; but never forget that the long term plan will win despite the short term failures. Challenges, obstacles, and failures are those things that only become reality when we take our focus off our goals. And while our goals literally can be achieved, remember that when setting and seeking to achieve our goals, it is better to aim high and miss than to actually aim low and achieve.

8) Take Action Now & Work Hard: Opportunities in life always come before we are prepared and are gone before we realize it. Success comes, dreams are realized, and potential is reached only by those who have the faith to take a risk and are willing to act. In fact, our dreams, ideas, goals, and even desires and beliefs are nothing unless followed by action. So, make a decision and do it now – regardless of whether you have the time, feel unprepared, or lack knowledge. You may not know what you are doing at first – but the key is to keep doing. Stephen King said it perfectly when he said: “what separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.” Mistakes will be made, but ensure they are not mistakes of idleness, inability to decide, and unwillingness to act.

9) Learn From & Get Up After Failures: For whatever reason, in the moment of failure, we often wrongfully assume that we personally are failures, and we thus quit. Failure is not a person; it is an event that is absolutely necessary to achieve success. Failures are detours, not dead-end streets. And when such discouraging streets come, as they inevitably will, we should view them as roadblocks that cause others to quit and us to try harder. Has history itself not taught us this important lesson – from the American Revolutionary War to every World War, from the Mahatma Gandhi’s to the Martin Luther King’s, from the Abraham Lincoln’s to the Nelson Mandela’s, to even Thomas Edison whose invention still gives light to the entire globe, despite the fact that it took thousands of failures to achieve the success. The greatest athletes and performers, the brightest scientists and inventors, the most successful politicians and parents are those who experienced discouraging set backs, disappointments, and even failures before they ever succeeded. Refusing to quit or be discouraged was the secret to their incredible achievements.

10) Persist Always & Never Quit: Successful people make mistakes and experience failure, but they do not give excuses and absolutely never quit. Thomas Edison, of all people, had every right to say that “many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” Goals and dreams are accomplished, success is achieved, and our full potential is realized only after consistent daily effort and work over a long period of time. Persist and persevere until you succeed, and determine right now that you will never quit, regardless of what happens along the journey.

You can become and accomplish anything – and the formula above is the law for success to achieve your goals and dreams in life. However, in pursuit of your dreams, you must ensure that the priorities of life are not jeopardized and the necessary characteristics that determine true success are developed. Real success in life is not necessarily in the accomplishment of the goal or dream, it is determined by who we eventually become, the attributes we develop, and the people we help along the way. We need to give when we receive, put God and family first, and realize that developing a character of integrity, values, and unselfishness are why we are here; and thankfully, when these same attributes are combined with the laws of success, we will accomplish our goals and dreams and experience true success in life.

Do you have an Avatar..Get one free with Gravatar

Hey, Boomers! Another way of getting noticed in the forums is to have your own Avatar.

Having your own Avatar is another important feature to keep in mind when you are sending emails, communicating with others as well as making comments on the forums. In this way, people will get to know you and I always put my face up there so that when someone is reading one of my posts, they can also put my name and face with it and make the connection. This is probably a little corny but it makes you seem like more of a real person that gives you credibility in the eyes of your reader. This is the reason that I always put a picture of myself on any website that I may be working on at the present time. eg.. http://weight-training-workouts.weebly.com

By putting an Avatar linking you to your emails, sites, blogs and forums etc, your readers will get to know you through your Avatar and will instantly recognize that it is you and will be more apt to make comments on your sites. If you really want to see the difference, track the sites, blogs and forums with your new Avatar and see the increased results. Getting a new Avatar is easy as entering an email address which will send you a confirmation link in order for you to enter your username and password so that you can easily upload your Avatar linking your email.

You can also upload any image that you may have on your computer or one that is on the internet. I would recommend uploading an image with a G rating and linking it with as many email accounts that you have at the present time. In this way, any message that you receive or send using your email accounts will be linked to your new Avatar. Go ahead, try it and see the results.

How to Motivate Yourself When Blogging

Hey, Boomers! Avoid Negativity and develop your own positive road map for success.

People are always looking for ways on how to motivate themselves and to maintain this drive when they have goals to achieve. From the standpoint of many online entrepreneurs this is a particularly critical issue. Marketing on the internet involves often times working alone and wrestling with the challenges of a competitive industry. Bloggers are a perfect example of someone who needs daily inspiration. They are expected to maintain a constant flow of original and quality content for their readers while also juggling several other responsibilities. The stakes get even higher here if they blog to make money since their income is now also on the line.

The point here is whether you blog to make money or have other goals to achieve we all have the need to generate that inner drive that will help push us to the next level. Once that drive has been found the next step is to find and maintain the inspirational thoughts to keep it alive.

Here is a 5 step process anybody can use to find and maintain the necessary motivation to continue to move forward.

Determine Your Goal(s)

It all begins with you deciding what exactly is it you want to achieve. It is impossible to keep yourself motivated if you do not have a clear picture of what it is you are striving for. By clearly determining your goal or goals and insuring that they are realistic you can then move on to the next step. The key is to keep things REAL.

Formulate Definitive Plans

It matters little whether you are marketing on the internet or you perhaps have set other goals to achieve you will need a plan to get what it is you want. What steps or sacrifices will you need to take or make to accomplish your objectives? This plan or road map is what will keep you directed and on course; without it you will just be going around in circles.

Develop a ‘Can Do’ Attitude

After you have determined that your goals are realistic you want to focus on the benefits you will enjoy once you have reached your objectives. This of course is the ‘why’ behind your efforts and will be instrumental in helping you maintain the drive to reach these benefits.

Here is where you now ‘etch’ these thoughts into your mind thereby allowing them to supply you with the daily inspiration you will need to succeed.

An Inch at a Time

If necessary start with smaller tasks to make accomplishments easier and to build up your momentum. The more you accomplish the greater your motivation will be thereby making more difficult task seem easier. Easier is good, right?

Avoid Negativity

No matter what you undertake in life there will always be the naysayers. You know the ones. The people that tell you it can’t be done or you are in over your head. Generally these are people who are afraid to take on challenges themselves.

People like this normally validate their own shortcomings by sabotaging the efforts of those who demonstrate more ambition then them.

Avoid these sources of negativity since they will only sap your positive energy and valuable time if you let them.

As you can see learning how to motivate yourself starts with a certain mindset. This mindset can only come from within but once you have established it you can tap into it for daily inspiration. As in the case of most online entrepreneurs the need for inspirational thoughts is a necessity due to the isolated nature of their chosen occupation. But in the end it matters not who you are since the 5 steps we discussed above will work for anyone with ambitions.

Daily Success Habits

Hey, Boomers! Preparation and positive reflection incorporated into your daily routine leads to success!!

Everyone wants to be successful. Everyone wants to have more, be more, do more and enjoy more of what life has to offer. We are goal-seeking beings. We are driven continually forward towards the attainment of things that are personally important.

What then is it that differentiates the highly successful from those who accomplish very little?

Preparation is the key. Everyone wants to be a winner, but very few people want to engage in the demanding hard work, day after day, year after year, that is required to prepare themselves for success.

So why not get prepared?

This week, all week, at the end of each day, spend two minutes reflecting over the events of the day and then think of one thing you could do differently tomorrow. And then act on that thought.

We can learn so much by the simple act of reflection, non-judgmental reflection on our thoughts and experiences. Instead of asking yourself ‘what did I do wrong?’ reflect on the day and ask yourself ‘what will I do differently?’

Imagine the changes you could make in your life if you got into the daily habit of spending a few moments in reflection, thinking back over the day and making a commitment to putting one small change into action.

These changes need not be big – in fact through my studies of neuro linguistic programming I know it is often the smallest of changes that can trigger a major breakthrough in the way our brain is hardwired. So start with simple things such as brushing your teeth with the opposite hand or driving to work a different way – start small and build from there.

By making this happen each and every day and then putting your daily change into action you will be bringing yourself one step closer to being the most amazing you that you can be!

Yours in prosperity, passion and purpose

To change your position in life, which includes your financial condition, you have to change what is going on inside of you. – Quote by, Joan Sotkin

1. Develop goals that you are passionate about, then work to make them real. Imagine all the things you want and dream about everyday. You can program your subconscious mind for the happiness, health, creativity, and riches that you deserve just by focusing on what it is you desire to happen.

2. Discover and develop your creativity. Think outside of your normal way of doing, acting, and being. You may surprise yourself into discovering the next invention, the next form of entertainment, or the next wave of technology.

3. Set goals with specific conditions and values. Structure them around positive actions. If you think your goal is impossible – it will be. Instead, entertain thoughts that are worthy of your natural skills and talents.

4. Think big, yet be realistic. What do you have to do? How soon can you make it happen? Be patient, nothing happens overnight.

5. Start with a plan. This helps your mind to visualize the outcome. An easy way to start is by daily reprogramming your subconscious mind to show you the behaviors that are necessary in expressing the ideal you. With a little practice you can develop any positive quality you wish.

6. Reward any progress you make. Compliment yourself for taking even the smallest step toward reaching your goal. The more you practice positive behaviors, the more you become unique, confident, and enthusiastic.

7. Always show positive feelings toward others. Expressing negative behavior tends to boomerang. What you give out comes back to you multiplied!

8. Know what your strengths are even if it takes you a little longer to understand a particular point of view. Seek knowledge or help when you do not have all the answers, or the correct answer.

9. Know that failures often lead to success. When one way does not work, try another, and another, and still another until you get it right.

10. Welcome problems. They become your learning tools. Learn to look at problems as a way of helping you grow. This in turn, opens you up to other possibilities that may work better.

11. Know that there is untapped skill and creativity in everything you attempt to do. Make sure your individual choices in life are in harmony with what you wish to attract. Focus your attention on the skills you now possess and greater skills will be attracted to you.

12. Remember that God put you on earth to win. Be grateful for any gifts and blessings that come your way. Gratitude brings its own rewards.

13. Prosperity comes to those who believe it will happen. Feed your mind continuous thoughts of wellness, enjoyment, prosperity, and accomplishment.

14. Know that wealth and prosperity will be experienced when it is built on honesty and trust. Therefore, engage only in transactions that serve others with love, harmony, and a belief in them and in yourself.

15. Valuing yourself and making commitments to excellence is worth the difficulty in achieving excellence. When you focus your mind on value and excellence, you send out positive energy so more prosperity can come your way.

These inspirational secrets are just a small part of living your life well, happy, prosperous, and wise. Take time to stay positive, grateful, use your God given talents, and you may conquer any economic struggles that face you today.

Baby Boomers like Easy Natural Weight Loss!!

Hey, Boomers! Check my true story out! I’m finally losing some weight and it’s staying off!!!

A very short time ago, I actually believed that I had to live at the gym in order to lose fat, but losing weight has everything to do with what you eat and not how much you exercise. It’s the food you consume and your habits that put on the weight. Most people think that they have to sit down and eat three square meals a day but this habit can actually make you gain weight and not lose fat. The truth is that you need to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day that will increase your metabolism which in turn will cause you to lose weight without exercise. I personally fell into this category where I am working hard all day and don’t have the time or energy to exercise at the end of a long day. Exercise is important and I do get my exercise each day, but I now don’t have to run through rigorous 5 minute exercises for 20 minutes that make me feel my heart is going to pop out of my chest.

Losing 2 pounds of fat per week, every week may not seem very much weight loss, but I’m not talking about water weight, I’m talking about 2 pounds off your thigh, butt, hip and I saw my body start to transform overnight. The thing is, the system was so simple that I was starting to see amazing results. I was starting to eat more of the “right foods”. I started consistently doing the “right things” and following a “healthy diet”. Yes, that’s right, this system showed me how to eat more of the right foods to increase my weight loss and it was nothing short of dramatic and revolutionary, and it was so much fun!!

This revolutionary system will show you what exercises will actually work in conjunction with the foods you eat to accelerate your weight loss at light speed. I literally noticed results in just one week! I was shown how to eat more food and lose weight as well as “secret tricks” that jump started my weight loss. Once I started seeing results, I became really excited and was even more motivated with the system. I was shown how to “unlearn” my unhealthy eating habits in just 10 short days and was guided in the area of proper portion control including staying away from salads and plenty of other “healthy” food myths. This suited me just fine because I’m a meat and potatoes kind of guy. There were other tips as well as 10 foods to avoid and 10 you can’t live without.

When I first looked at this system, I thought that it was just another weight loss program with a new twist, targeting the billion dollar weight loss market. I thought, yeah, more fluff and marketing savvy with fancy words and they are just trying to sell me something. Well, I had procrastinated long enough. I was actually upset at myself for not getting with this system sooner because the benefits certainly outweighed the source. To me, it made perfect sense.
