Hey, Boomers! Live everyday to the fullest with enthusiasm! Do something special for someone each day and you will be amazed at how good you feel each and every day!
If I may ask you: How much do you enjoy living your life? How enthusiastic are you about waking up each morning to see a new day. When you are enthusiastic, you are positive and that makes you stay motivated and happy no matter the circumstance that comes your way. The happiness we are talking about is not the one that comes when you get promoted at workplace, when a baby is born or better still when you win a lottery. It is also not about those moments when we feel the feeling of happiness – especially when we are hanging out with good friends, or when we are enjoying an evening out with a loved one. All these are great and wonderful but they come and go. The real happiness that we are talking about is the enthusiasm that comes from the enjoyment of life that we derive from living everyday, the appreciation of the life that we live irrespective of the good times or bad times. A lot of people die before their time due to lack of joy. There is power in making yourself happy and staying enthusiastic. Life is too short to make it a boring adventure.
How do we develop enthusiasm? Start by being aware of your possession—the gifts and talents that you possess. Wake up each morning and appreciate God for all He has endowed you with. Love what you do and do what you love. Chuck Gallozzi, a renowned writer and speaker, said, “Vast as the universe is, we can contain it within our mind! How incredible we are! Like the universe, we have unlimited potential! Isn’t that something to be excited about? Enthusiasm can be an expression of the joy of existence.” You can succeed at almost anything for which you have limitless enthusiasm. Rejoice always and make yourself happy at all times. No one can make you unhappy except by your permission.
It is you and you alone that decide to be happy or joyful no matter the surrounding circumstance daring at you. The attitude of the mind affects the expression of the face, determines action, changes our physical condition and regulates our lives. There is a saying that, “It only takes few veins to smile but it takes over 80 veins to squeeze your face; and for that reason we have many aged looking people who could have been young looking if only they had put some smiles on their faces”.
Remember, you have only one life, not two; if you do not celebrate it, who will? Therefore, stay enthusiastic about life, and choose today to celebrate your life with happiness and joyfulness while you still have it.

Bud McKenzie is currently studying the changes that Baby Boomers are experiencing in their lives. Studies have suggested that Baby Boomers have not followed in their parents footsteps and planned for their retirement as one would expect. Baby Boomers will continue to keep themselves extremely busy on and into their retirement years.
Hey, Boomers! Any goal is a good one as long as you have the action plan to go with it!
At times we’re all guilty of putting tasks to the side for later, even if these tasks could potentially be very beneficial to us. Most of us seem to rather want to wait until the timing or the day is better. When it comes to positive self help, motivation is a key ingredient to success. A lot of our motivation can come from within ourselves if we know the right ways to bring it to life! More self motivation means more positive thinking, more self confidence, and a path to a more successful lifestyle.
I’m very sure that you’ve seen people on television talking about their very successful businesses, or the great amounts of money they make. You think to yourself, ” Wow, they seem so normal, what’s so different about that person?” This is a very common question to ask, as many people can’t understand what puts these people on the top of the food chain. Of course, hard work and dedication are key factors to success, but what drives these two qualities is self motivation. These people thrive on making themselves better at what they do on a daily basis. Without self motivation you couldn’t dedicate countless hours to building a business, or care enough to work hard at being better at it. Many very talented people fail to reach their full potential due to the fact that they just weren’t motivated enough to pursue their goals.
The topic of goals is an important one in self motivation. We all have some sort of goal, even if it is just to make sure that we save enough money out of our check for an oil change and diapers. Most people have goals that are more broad such as being the next president, or signing a recording contract. Any goal is a good one as long as you have an action plan present to get you there. This will usually consist of smaller, easily attainable goals for the short term. In the example of the money saving scenario, maybe your action plan is to take $50.00 out your check for the next 2 weeks. The plan of action is how you will attain your initial goal. Most goals are left without this plan of action, and are stuck at the initial phase. Write down your major goals first, and then develop a plan of action to get you there. Without this, goals are simply dreams that will sit on the back burner. Make sure you set tangible goals for yourself, meaning attainable goals. Don’t just say that you’d like to be the next president of the United States, start by saying that you’d like to advance to school president within a year, and have a list of at least 10 contacts in your local political power. It’s easier to motivate yourself when you create realistic goals that provide stepping stones for the more elaborate ones. As you begin to list goals that you can attain within the year, you’ll feel your self motivation rising. Writing them down provides you a visual list that you can check off as you go, and reward yourself for your accomplishments. Goal setting is a priceless part of self motivation and success building, and starting small is how you go about setting tangible, attainable goals.
Another important thing to note is that the self motivated individual doesn’t beleive in barriers. There is no such thing as impossible, and at the very least, what is said to be impossible intrigues them. Start adapting this attitude as soon as you can and you’ll see immediate results. There isn’t one thing in the world that you cannot do, and the only one that can say otherwise is yourself. When you realize this, you’ll begin to feel more in control and take more positive action in your ventures. Thinking positively about every situation is a very valuable trait, and will be found amongst almost all successful people. The idea behind a self-fulfilled prophecy is that the more you say something, the more true it becomes in your life. When you tell yourself that something is impossible, or allow someone else to, you’ve in fact already stopped yourself from accomplishing it. However, telling yourself that you can do something, even in the odds of adversity, actually increases the chances that you’ll succeed. This is because you’ll already be thinking success, not failure. This will drive you to go above and beyond limitations to reach your goal, as failure was never an option to begin with.
When you combine positive thinking with effective goal setting, you’ll soon see your self motivation begin to rise. You’ll feel more organized and more powerful than ever, and as you continue living this way, those feelings can only increase. Tell yourself that you can do whatever it is you choose in life, and let go of the limitations and barriers that society and other people place on you. Limitations are for losers, and you my friend are a winner. Remember, the more you say it, the more real it will become.

“Attitude is everything!” This statement carries so much truth that if every one took time to think about it and make the necessary adjustment in life, then our lives would change for the better. Many times in our quest for self improvement, we have concentrated on changing and improving many things but our attitude.
Attitude is a person’s frame of mind. It is the mindset that a person has that helps him to develop a world view. Attitude is expressed by how we respond to issues. One person once said, “Life is not what happens to you but how you respond to issues”. Two individuals may encounter a similar negative situation but how they will each respond will determine the outcome.
One of the main attitudes we need to embrace is cultivating a positive mindset or attitude. As you read through history you encounter ordinary individuals who did extra ordinary things. Moses in the Bible was known to stammer in his speech but he became the deliverer. Abraham Lincoln on the other hand educated himself; he had no formal education but became the most acclaimed president in the history of the United States.
Mother Teresa, a simple nun in Calcutta also became an icon through her acts of mercy and philanthropy. The list could go on and on. What characterized these people was a positive mindset, they all believed in possibilities and they responded decisively for the good of humanity.
Regardless of your present status and condition, you can accomplish anything with positive thinking. There is power that is released through positive thinking and once it is released, it will always work for you. Positive thinking acts to enhance your abilities and virtues. Nothing is impossible to him that believes.

Stephen shares his experience in self development tips that will definitely add value to your life. (Website:) Self Development Tips
Hey, Boomers! Give yourself a confidence boost and try these tips!
Many people, just like you, have learned the simple truths about how to gain the self confidence they desire to become successful.
It is a waste of time to allow others words or perceived thoughts dictate how you feel. When you begin to trust in yourself, you feel stronger and more confident. It is a wonderful feeling!
Do Confident People Always Succeed?
Confident people succeed many more times than not. This personality type experiences a significantly higher chance of success. Why? Because their belief in themselves is unwavering when they face a momentary failure. This is a learned behavior, one that you can easily master, too.
Practice these 5 simple techniques as outlined below and you will soon feel much more bold, you will find you feel more credible as you make decisions and you will become more successful.
5 Top Tips To Become More Confident
1. Practice reacting aggressively and positively towards fears in your imagination.
Do this every time fear creeps into your imagination. See yourself reacting aggressively and positively towards those fears. It will be a matter of time before those reactions extend to reality when those or similar situations show up in your actual, day-to-day life.
Remember the childhood story about the little train that thought he could? Just like that little train, whether you think you can or think you can’t – you are right. Know that you can!
2. Take risks. Take a Chance.
Taking risks reduces lack of self confidence and sets you free to do what your heart desires. When you get the choice to sit it out or dance, choose to dance. By not taking the chances, you will be missing wonderful opportunities. Regret is a terrible feeling.
3. Let your actions show that you know it is impossible to fail.
When you set out to do what your heart desires, the confidence you will gain is immeasurable. Go ahead and just do it. Really, you will feel great! Soon, you will be looking for more opportunities to grow your confidence.
Be assured that it can be done, and you can do it. Think about how it will be when your project is finished, and wonderful. Thinking these positive thoughts will invoke that ability within you to move forward, and get the job done. If a mistake does happen along the way, do not become stressed, just correct your actions as you go along. Move forward.
4. Relax your fear away.
Current psychology studies suggest that it is impossible to feel fear when your muscles are kept perfectly relaxed. So the moment you recognize the fear or anxiety creeping in during a situation, identify those tightening muscles and focus on relaxing them.
Begin to imagine each muscle individually, beginning with your feet. Tighten each muscle, and then relax it. Move up your body until you reach your scalp. Tighten, and then relax. Simply practice this relaxation techniques several times a day, you will soon feel your stress melt away.
5. Substitute the feeling of fear with a more positive feeling.
Think about something that makes you feel happy. Perhaps a wonderful memory from a relaxing vacation? Reproduce that same feeling, dwell on what is positive and enjoyable. Replace the negative thought with your wonderful memory.
This tip may not be able to forcefully drive the fear away by sheer will power, but you can easily substitute it with another good feeling. And practice makes perfect. Begin to try this tip out with little things, and then move on to more important matters. Soon, you will be feeling more confident with your everyday decisions.
As soon as you identify a negative thought creeping into your mind, change your internal dialogue to reverse the thought and put a positive spin to it. The moment you identify any irrational “what ifs” in your mind, replace them with “I’ll handle it” or “It can be done” or “I’ll figure it out”.
Remember, failing is normally only the result of not trying.
Hey, Boomers! Choose to be happy and stay positive!
In these harsh economic times it can sometimes feel like you wake each morning to more and more bad news. Daily you are bombarded with ever increasing job losses, people living in poverty and cost of living. With all of the bad news that is all around you it is very easy to become bogged down by all of the negative emotions. If you are not careful you could quite easily find yourself in a pit of negativity that can feel almost impossible to climb out of.
So what can you do to decrease the negative emotions that are building inside in order to develop a more positive attitude? There are several things all of which are relatively simple to implement into your life. All you need is the willingness to recognize that you have been allowing negative influences to infiltrate your life and be ready to do something about it.
1. Appreciation – no matter how bad you think things are in your life there is always something or someone that you can appreciate. It could be your family pet, your spouse, children, your computer, cell phone, flat screen TV, your oak tree, your friends, your church etc…It doesn’t matter what it is you are showing appreciation for, the point is its important to spend time appreciating what you have that you enjoy. This will take your focus away from the things that are not good and doing this will lift your mood and help you to view your life in a more positive light.
The next time you are feeling the pressures of everyday living, sit down and make a list of all the things and people in your life that you are grateful for. Carry that list around with you for a few days and whenever you feel a bad mood coming on take out your list and read it, feel the emotion of it and realize that life is never as bad as we think it is. It is also good to remember that there is always someone worse off than yourself.
Make a conscious effort to chase the negative thoughts away, instead of constantly telling yourself that life is really hard and there is no one suffering as much as you are, take out your list and read it and remember that although your life may not be going the way you want it to right now, there is still plenty to be thankful for.
2. Realize you can choose to be happy – many people make the mistake of thinking that in order to be happy something good has to happen to them first. In other words they wait around for that great job, that gorgeous girlfriend or that super fast car, or that big house, thinking that when they get those things then they will be happy.
Let me tell you something you may not have been told before; happiness is a choice, like all other emotions happiness is under your command, you can literally choose to feel happy right this instant, you do not have to wait for some external event to take place in order to feel happiness, just make the choice now. Say to yourself I feel happy. It may seem strange at first if you have never done this before but if you do this continually for a few weeks you will find you begin to feel happy and this in turn will alter your negative outlook to a more positive one.
3. Let go of negative people – one of the worse things you can do to yourself is to spend time around negative people. These folks will literally suck the life out of you. I am sure that you know people like this, do you know someone who is always complaining, always has something wrong with them health wise, who’s problems are much more dramatic than anyone elses, who blankly refuse to comprehend anything positive, who always puts you down and is absolutely always right? These are the people you should avoid like H1N1.
It is not possible to maintain positive thoughts around people like these and your life cannot move forward if you spend a lot of time with negative people. They do not want you to move forward, they do not want you to have the strength to do the things they are not strong enough to do, they do not want to see you develop and grow because they do not feel that they can do it so they subtly try to undermine you in order to keep you down on their level.
They will tell you that you are not good enough to do certain things or go certain places, they will accuse you of thinking that you are better than them and when you try to do the right thing they will call you a coward for not following them down the wrong road. This is their well thought out plan, and it is devised to achieve one thing, and that is to keep you in “your place” to not allow you to live a better life than they think you should have.
If you want to live a more positive life you simply must shift yourself from these people, do it gently and slowly to avoid any conflict but be sure to lessen the time that you spend with negative people.
4. Stop comparing yourself to others – one of the fastest ways to feel bad about your self is to compare yourself to others. If you actively seek out people that you think are better than you, you will certainly find them. If your neighbor has a bigger house than you, so what, if your work mate drives a car and you don’t, so what, if your sister has a husband and you don’t, so what. You simply must not base the value or success of your life on someone else’s standard.
Instead celebrate the success of your family and friends, and use their success as a positive example. If your friend at work buys a car, instead of feeling envious and spreading rumors about what he or she did in order to buy the car congratulate your friend and use their success to motivate yourself, if your friend has saved up for a car, there is no reason why you cannot save for a car.
Try to see the good and the positive in the success of others, instead of speaking badly about them, ask them what they did to succeed, pick their brains and then go out and achieve your own success. It is easy to spend your entire life envying others, but that is simply a waste of a perfectly good life, you are better than that, you are above that, you are worth more than that, so act like it.
Stop looking around at the results of others and start working on positive results of your own. When you become more focused on seeing the positive side of situations in your life you will become more equipped to handle whatever life throws at you and as you begin to cultivate a more positive attitude you will start to experience a level of success you never thought possible.

Wish you were independently rich? Well shall I reveal some deep millionaire secrets that will help you create and fashion the future of your dreams? Yes, it’s entirely possible for you to learn to become a millionaire by using the same wealth creation methods used by the world’s richest elite.
Little known millionaire secrets, knowledge and simple techniques they jealously guard because they’re so powerful they can thrust your wealth quotient into the stratosphere, enabling you to join their ranks and believe me, they don’t want the competition. GOALS
If you research how to develop a millionaire mindset, you’ll find that setting long- and short-range goals always comes high up the list of recommendations.
If you write down and read your goals every day, you will soon notice ‘an upturn in your vision of the future’. This vision will draw you towards it and things will start to happen. If you take advantage of those ‘things’ as they show up, you’ll gradually but inevitably move towards your chosen goals.
This is one of the most basic wealth secrets of the millionaire mind.
BACK TO BROKE
But how is it we can achieve great success, even become a millionaire, yet somehow end up dead broke again?
Something mysterious can happen and all we’ve built up can slip through our fingers. We may find ourselves sliding down a great, long snake to end up back at square one.
Why do such self-defeating behaviors occur?
Well, if you don’t do what I’m about to share with you, you are likely to come up to a sticking point and go no further. ‘Something’ will start to feel funny. Strange.
RING ANY BELLS?
Maybe this rings a few bells?
These strange feelings can cause you to say “I’m okay as I am. What’s the point in going further? It’s only money…” and express similar negative ideas.
If, after this, you persist in moving forward, you’ll start saying things like “I don’t need all this money. In fact, I’m feeling flush. I think I’ll treat myself…”
Let’s say your business activities start to produce some impressive results. At this point, you may find yourself starting to blow money like it’s going out of fashion. You may make ‘accidental’ mistakes that cost you. You become over-generous. Less wary of speed cameras. Pay less attention to your overdraft. Neglect your customers…
In short, you start to find ways to offload this ‘extra money’ on fruitless activities and ‘accidents’ rather than investing it wisely for the future.
HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE?
Why would you do this? Well…
…it’s NOT because you don’t believe that you’re worth it.
…it’s NOT because you lied when you were seventeen.
…it’s NOT because your mother or father withheld their approval.
…it is NOT because you are predisposed to a life of struggle.
…it IS because of your memories!
For example, think of that friend of yours who you keep making excuses not to go and see any more. The real reason you don’t see them is because of your last memory of what happened with them.
INFLUENCE OF MEMORIES
It’s the very last memory of that person that makes you think up excuses not to go. If your last memory of them was pleasant, then you’d be finding excuses TO go.
See? And you can’t just sit down, close your eyes and imagine it being pleasurable seeing them because your mind knows the difference between real memories and mind-created visualisations. (Visualisations inspire but memories control you.)
RUBBISH!
So your mind says “RUBBISH! He was out of order. He should apologise. I won’t!”
If you were to go and see him, though, you’d probably find him sorry and you’d sort it out and become firm friends again.
But your mind prevents you because of that last bad memory. A negative experience. To become a millionaire and to remain a millionaire, it is necessary to deepen your understanding of how these negative unconscious forces can block your path to ongoing wealth creation. COMPELLED TO OVERCOME
Another secret of the millionaire mind is that in order to create and retain wealth, we are compelled to overcome all unconscious influences that trigger negative behaviors affecting our business.
These negative actions that hold us back symbolize outmoded survival mechanisms. If someone threatens you, your last memory of them is bad and you will avoid them. Unconsciously, you feel that person has less chance of doing you harm.
This nature-programmed mechanism may have been appropriate back when we were killing each other in violent cave raids for food. Happily, things are different now. But the organisation of the mind hasn’t caught up yet and this stuff still acts on us in the same way it did in our long gone caveman days.
So, even today, we all still have many ancient unconscious drives that affect our lives negatively. TWO MILLION YEARS
For two millions years, women have chosen their mate for their ability to remember who their enemies are. If a woman chose a man who was ‘forgiving’ regardless of what had been done to him and his family, then her offspring would be much less likely to survive.
So the genes of the men who were best at this were passed down to us all though our common gene pool. This means that we still have many nature-programmed behaviors that are no longer appropriate today and no, we can’t switch them off. They carry on working – automatically!
However, you CAN make this work FOR you.
HOW IT WORKS
Before I tell you how – you need to understand why the mechanism works…
If someone makes you feel good then your memories of them are also good and you’ll make any old flimsy excuse to see that person. But if that same person makes you feel bad then you leave with a bad feeling and… you PONDER for hours and hours over what happened.
You may spend hours agonising over that ONE time they made you feel bad and barely a moment thinking about the many good times you had before. This makes bad memories huge in your awareness. They become the main thing you think about when you consider your past encounters.
WHAT WENT WRONG?
Our minds react in this way to work out what went wrong… which is of benefit… but causes you to make excuses not to see them any more. This prevents you having any good experiences (and memories) with that person.
The point is… you spent a lot of time thinking about the bad things that stopped you seeing them and hardly any time thinking about the good things that once caused you to create reasons TO go.
This means you have a strong mechanism. (Women call it stubbornness but it is an essential survival strategy for men. Interestingly, women say they hate stubborn men but in reality, they often choose stubborn men to have children with because unconscious forces drive them to ‘know’ that their offspring have a far greater chance of survival.)
SAME WITH FINANCIAL GOALS
All this works in exactly the same way with our financial goals.
Even though you may not have achieved millionaire status yet, you still have memories of being broke and memories of having lots of money too (or at least feeling rather flush).
You will have good and bad memories of each. For example, if you were broke once, you’ll have felt awful about talking to the bank and putting off your bills, etc. Perhaps you’ll also remember times when your friends were all extra nice to you. But one memory will dominate the other. The one you spent the most time thinking about.
If you were loaded (or flush) at some point in your life then you will have been on cloud nine, buying expensive clothes and stuff – but your friends may have been a bit hostile. Jealous.
I’m not saying that if your friends were hostile when you had money that you will never get rich, I’m saying have those memories. Good AND bad. THOUGHTS CAN KEEP YOU STUCK!!!
And financially, those thoughts can keep you stuck at wherever you are now. Remember, it’s not you. It’s not your spouse. It’s not your upbringing. It’s not even the economy… no, as you are beginning to understand with your new millionaire mindset, it’s the memories of having (or not having) money you think about the most.
So if you’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how your friends were really nice to you when you were broke and how jealous they were when you were flush, then you’ll hover just above ‘enough’.
If you spent a lot of time mulling over the embarrassment of being broke and also thinking about how good it felt to be flush, then you’ll automatically do the things that cause your finances to rise.
CONTROL
To create wealth and become a millionaire, it is essential to understand the necessity to gain control over our feelings so that they influence our behavior positively and not negatively.

Hey, Boomers! Hard work and persistence pays off!!
One of the hardest things to do is to keep dreaming when every thing else seems to be working against you. This is a critical time because this is when a lot of people simply give up. Have you ever heard that “When one door is closed, another one is opened?” Well guess what? Being in the hallway is not easy! The in between time is when you need to keep pushing harder than ever, and just keep speaking positive about your dreams coming to pass. The time in the hallway is the time when it seems as if you are working, and working and nothing seems to be happening. Well, believe it or not it will not happen overnight, but that does not mean that it will not happen at all. A delay doesn’t mean a denial, so keep pushing!
Keep on dreaming and working hard at making your dreams into a reality! If you dare to commit to control your challenges and not let your challenges control you, then sooner than later you will see how hard work and persistence has paid off. Following through is vital in dream attainment, because many people are quick to give up and resistant to keep fighting during the times that it seems as if it just is not going to happen. Don’t look at the big dream picture, but do small things on a daily basis, and before you know it you will have reached the big dream that you have been working so hard for! KEEP PUSHING!!!
Almost every successful person has had to learn the importance of persistence, perseverance, and faith in what you know you can do! Those lead to endless possibilities. It you continue to put those three behind your dreams then you will have an opportunity to achieve dreams that you thought would always lie dormant.
Regardless of how rough the road gets on the way to fulfilling your dreams, don’t get give up and remain stuck on the side of the road. You have nothing to lose by continuing to strive toward reaching your dreams, but if you don’t continue to strive toward them you have a lot to lose! The worst thing that could happen is when we die, our dreams dying with us.
Our dreams have been placed in us for us to achieve them, and if we don’t keep fighting to make them happen then we are not doing ourselves any good, and we are not doing society any good. I truly believe that the reason that dreams have been placed in us, is not for us, but for others.
So as you keep working hard to achieve your dreams, just know that you are going to be a wonderful asset to the life of someone else, and that one day you are going to be able to say that you went through a lot to make your dreams happen, and it was worth every single struggle and every frustration!
So don’t give up, you have great potential and you will reach your dreams!
Hey, Boomers! Your past successes are your positive launches to greater success!
How often have you wished for more money, more success or for a better life. They are common thoughts for most people, but you don’t have to sit there and hope for it, why not make it happen. It doesn’t matter what has happened in your past, your past is not your destiny.
Confidence is the main issue that holds many people back but it doesn’t have to. Start by thinking of your past success. List your favorite five successes, they can be anything; maybe getting a promotion, passing an exam, learning how to cook or finishing a planned decorating project. Its good to see them in black and white and you can probably easily think of more than five when you start, but for the moment, just stick with five so you already feel a sense of achievement.
Choose one of your five successes to concentrate on. Now start to think how you achieved this success. What was your plan of action? On a sheet of paper write down the stages that you went through to achieve this success. How did you plan ahead? What did you put in place to reach your goal?
By seeing your original successes and tracking how you achieved them, it helps to recall what you know deep down; that you are a capable and successful person, able to create a plan, follow it through and reach your chosen goal successfully. Sitting quietly, without any distractions, start to recall how you felt when you achieved this past success. Think about the feelings that were stirred within you upon reaching your goal.
How did it make you feel emotionally?
How did it make you feel physically?
What did your body language look like?
What was the expression on your face?
How did the tone of your voice change?
By recalling those specific feelings we had in past successes, we train our brains into recreating those feelings again, which in turn creates all the feelings associated with these positive experiences, including a big confidence boost.
Try and do this exercise every day to get your mind recalling positive experiences, so you begin to get used to feeling like a successful, confident person regularly, until it becomes a natural mindset for you.

Hey, Boomers! Staying positive is like money in the bank. Read on…
Study successful people, they only deposit positive thoughts to stay successful.
Do you ever wonder why successful people become so successful? You may say because their smart, or they were able to get a good education, or maybe even because they were born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
Successful people are successful because they only deposit positive thoughts in their mind. Your mind is like a piggy bank. You deposit coins in a piggy bank just like you deposit thoughts in your mind.
If you deposit negative thoughts, like “I can’t do that, I don’t have the money for that, I’m not smart enough to do that or even I’ll never be as successful as that guy“. If these are the only thoughts you have, then these will take over your mind and as the saying goes “Your thoughts become things, so therefore it is!”
Any time that there is a problem or obstacle you have, you use your mind to think of how to solve it. If all your mind has in it is negative thoughts, that is all you will get out of it and your problem or obstacle will never be solved. They will just continue to get bigger and bigger.
Everyone has bad days and challenges. Days where nothing seems to go right. You can either continue to dwell on the bad stuff and let it take over your mind, like an unsuccessful person or you can think of a positive way to change your bad day and come up with a solution like a successful person does.
The choice is yours to make.
I choose to deposit positive thoughts in my mind, how about you!
