Hey, Boomers! I really needed “The Fat Burning Furnace” and so do you!

There are endless articles and products about weight loss and I guess there always will be, but the fact is that this makes it very difficult for the average person to decide on which article or which product to choose. As baby boomers age, we realize that our health is one of the most important things in our lives and without good health you meet different challenges. You realize that you can’t keep doing the same things over and over and expect to gain the results that you want or would like to achieve. That’s why it is important to gradually change your lifestyle to create a new standard in your life. I’m not talking about completely changing your lifestyle, only positioning yourself so that you can take advantage of the wonderful new programs that are now targeted for people in our age group. This means that you have a number of choices within a program that can be flexible to meet your lifestyle and you still can achieve the results that you want. Taking small steps with consistent and positive action will train your mind and body over time and before your know it, you have reach your goals. You will then be ready to set new goals and achieve them as well.

But, you will have difficulty completing these goals yourself, that’s why you need a mentor, a guide, a person that has been through the program and has changed their life and achieved the results that they wanted. Like everyone else, I was looking high and low for a program or system that I felt comfortable with and finally (after 6 months) I found the one that works for me. Paul Poulos is the creator of “The FatBurning Furnace”. His system not only produces results but has been proven by countless testimonials and thousands of people who have changed the standard in their lives and achieved awesome results. Now realize that nothing in life comes easily, but this system can be integrated into your daily life making it not only fun but you will notice other changes as well.

Personally, I started to feel more energy and was completing daily tasks in my personal and working life with more enthusiasm and with greater results. I found that my concentration elevated and I was able to stay focused longer, thereby increasing my confidence in the tasks that I was completing. I was also getting a better nights sleep because I had worked hard all day, achieved the results that I wanted and felt a feeling of accomplishment. Creating a new standard in your life does not mean a radical change in your lifestyle just a bit of fine tuning so that you can get a clear picture of what your goals are and what you want to achieve if your life. There is huge difference between try and apply and if you apply these simple step by step tasks you will see results in no time.

Check out “The FatBurning Furnace” and get the results that you need.

Success Is An Attitude

“God gave us two ends. One to sit on and one to think with. Success depends on which one you use; heads you win… tails you lose.” Anonymous

What is required to be successful? Does it take years of education? Does it take a family background of wealth? Can anyone achieve success

Yes, anyone can achieve success. Success is not a place or a thing, it is a state of mind. A journey in our own mind restricted only by our own thoughts.

To each person success is an entirely different thing. To you success may mean being debt free and having a million dollars in the bank. To me success may be 100 million dollars. To the homeless success may just be a warm place for the night.

If you ask the average working person if he thinks his life has been a success he will probably tell you yes. He may not be rich, but he will feel successful to that particular point in life.

Your success depends largely on your attitude. If you start your day with a good attitude you will overcome most of the obstacles that come your way and move on in the direction of success.

A person with a negative attitude will wake up in the morning and see only gray sky and clouds. When asked to do something at work they think only of what’s in it for me. They will probably do the task and do it well, but they can be heard grumbling and moaning about it for the rest of the day.

When standing in a line at a market they will complain about how long the line is and then give the person at the check out counter a bad time as though it were her fault that he had to wait his turn.

A negative attitude is a grumpy attitude and how can anything go right when you are in a grumpy mood. Believe me, if you are in that kind of mood it shows.

People can take just one look at you and see it. It is written all over your face and in your actions. People will tend to stay a distance from you and by pushing people away the good can’t find a way into your life.

If you are negative, you can expect to receive negative. If you are positive, you can expect to receive positive. Is the glass half empty or half full?

A positive person looks out the window and doesn’t see rain. He says, “Wow, another great day.”  and he is right. Any day above ground is an absolutely great day.

He doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done. He looks at a task and thinks I can do this. He also looks for ways to make someone’s day better. He takes on a new task with an “I can do it” attitude and gets the job done correct and in record time. He also looks for better ways to accomplish his tasks and missions.

If you find a positive person standing in line he is probably chatting with others in the line and commenting on how smoothly things are going. He probably goes out of his way to make the clerk smile and to brighten her day.

When you have a good attitude, that too, is written all over your face. And it too, shows in your actions. People automatically want to be around people with a positive attitude. They enjoy the upbeat feeling you show.

Good things will happen to those with the proper attitude. So, yes. Attitude is important. With the proper attitude you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself. It is in our best interest to develop a positive attitude. If we think a thing will be and we allow ourselves to believe then it is almost certain that we will achieve what we set out to do.

It may only be my opinion, but I believe that everyone is successful. I believe everyone has the natural ability to be a success. It is up to each individual to determine how much success he or she wants and how to reach that level of success.

We have all had a number of successes in our lives already and we will have many more. We successfully completed school. We successfully landed a job or a position we wanted. We successfully completed the purchase of a new home. These are successes that we take for granted, but they were still successes.

We have been learning from childhood about success and how to obtain it. When we were small children we discovered that if we cried loud enough and long enough we would get the attention we wanted. That was a success. We also learned that if we studied hard enough we could get the grade we wanted in school. That too, was a success.

As we grow older we seem to forget that we know anything about the art of success. We start working for an employer and stop working for ourselves and our own success. However, we still have the capacity and ability to be successful.

I don’t know why it is, but when we begin working for the other person we seem to forget that we had dreams and desires of our own. We place ours on the back burner and never seem to get back to them. We pursue the dreams of the other person and we stay at a set point in our own life.

There is an old saying, which offends a lot of people and a lot more don’t understand. It says that at any given time in life you are exactly where you choose to be. Many people find this offensive and respond with something like this, “now wait a minute here, I didn’t choose to be broke and in debt.” No, you didn’t choose to be broke and in debt, but you have not chosen to do anything about it either. You settled for less.

Others will scratch their heads and wonder, what the heck does that mean, I’m not where I want to be! No, you are not where you want to be, but you have not chosen to do anything about it either. You settled for less.

When you chose to do something about your own situation and take some steps to accomplish your mission then you will move on. You will become more successful than you are now. When you seriously set your mind to it you will find the ways to complete your mission and nothing will be able to stop you.

To become successful one does need an education. Not necessarily the normal high school, collage type of education, but education is definitely a factor. To reach your own level of success you must first become a student of the field you have chosen for yourself. Become a student of the business. Learn all you can and never stop learning.

A collage education can prepare you to be an engineer or whatever you choose,  and that is good, but no school can prepare you to be successful. Success depends on your own attitude and how much effort you put into your quest for success.

The amount of education we have is important, but not as important as the type of education we have. I know a man who studied hard and learned much about teaching and became a school principal. He made a decent living in his chosen field, but he felt there was more to be had. This school principal became a student of a new business and soon left the educational system and went on to become a millionaire. He was educated, but more knowledge made a lot of difference in his future.

The point is, there are no dumb people. Take the doctor out of his field and he seems to lack intelligence. Take the plumber out of his field and he too, is lost. All we need to reach success is a desire to learn and the courage to step out of our own comfort zone and take control of our future.

The Power of Belief

Beliefs are powerful and your life will always be a reflection of what you believe about yourself and the world you live in.  This is not because belief itself is in any way magical or supernatural, but simply because your beliefs tend to determine how you think, speak and act on a daily basis.  Consider the following examples:

•    If you believe that you are someone who is easily stressed, you will find yourself becoming easily stressed, even in situations where there is nothing to get particularly stressed about.  On the other hand, if you believe that you are someone who is imperturbable, you will tend to remain calm even in the most challenging of situations.

•    If you believe that you are someone who has limited talent or ability in a certain area, you will avoid pursuing interests in that area, simply because you believe that such pursuits would end in failure.  On the other hand, if you believe that you have the ability to succeed in whatever area you choose to commit yourself to, you won’t hesitate to commit yourself to something that interests you.

•    If you believe that you are lazy, inept, shy, short-tempered, weak-willed, prone to addiction or that your personality is deficient in any other area, you will tend to “prove” your beliefs by being lazy, shy, short-tempered and so on.  On the other hand, if you believe that you are productive, capable, confident, patient or that your personality is strong in any other area, you will tend to “prove” your beliefs by being productive, capable, confident, patient and so on.

I could give you literally thousands of examples of how your beliefs about yourself shape your life, but the point I want to make should already be clear: your beliefs about yourself and the world you live in are like self-fulfilling prophecies.  They shape your experience of life by influencing how you conduct yourself on a daily basis, and this conduct then influences the kind of results you achieve.

The majority of beliefs you hold about yourself and the world you live in are not empirical facts, but mere opinions that you choose to accept as being true.  These opinions come from all sorts of places – from statements your parents made about you during childhood, from comments teachers and friends made about you during your teenage years, from casual remarks made by work colleagues or your spouse, and so on.  Many of your beliefs will also have come from yourself – you may simply have decided at some point that “I’m just lazy and there’s nothing that I can do about it”.

The origin of your beliefs is not nearly as important as your ability to understand that they are nothing more than opinions.  It is important to understand this because all opinions can be changed.  This means you can swap a negative belief for a positive belief and begin to see a big difference in your life.

Take a few moments to identify the major negative beliefs you have about yourself and the world which may have been holding you back from living your life at the highest possible level.  Note the beliefs down for later reference.  Here are some commonly held negative beliefs to get the ball rolling:

I’m lazy / shy / weak-willed / a wimp / stupid / nerdy / incapable.

I’m highly strung / argumentative / disorganised / messy / fickle.

I’m boring / accident-prone / depressed / ugly / clumsy.

The world is dangerous / ugly / evil / hard / cruel.

When you have completed your list (you can always add to your list if you become aware of other negative beliefs at a later stage) take a good look at everything you have written down and remind yourself: these are all just opinions.

Now take a clean sheet of paper and rewrite every negative belief you have identified as a positive one.  In many cases this will be a simple case of identifying the opposite trait, as follows:

I’m active / confident / strong-willed / courageous / intelligent / capable.

I’m calm / diplomatic/ clear-headed / organised / tidy / consistent.

I’m interesting / conscientious / happy / attractive / mindful.

The world is exciting / beautiful / good / full of possibilities.

When you have written down a new set of positive beliefs, remind yourself again: these are all just opinions.  Then put the two lists side by side.  Since both lists are made up only of opinions and not empirical facts, ask yourself, “Which list do I want to adopt as my own?”

Bring to mind what your life has been like with the first list of negative opinions.  How have those opinions shaped your thoughts, your actions and the results you have been getting in life?  Have the negative opinions helped or hindered you?  Have they enriched your life or have they made it dull and dismal?

Imagine what your life might be like if you were to throw away the list of negative opinions and chose instead to believe the list of positive opinions.  How would you react in stressful situations if you believed yourself to be a calm person?  How would you conduct yourself at home and at work if you believed yourself to be confident, capable and organised?  Would this list of positive opinions enrich your life?

The answer is obviously yes.  Having positive opinions about yourself and the world you live in is always better than having negative opinions.  An individual who believes themselves to be confident, happy, calm, sexy and productive will always enjoy life more than one who believes themselves to be shy, depressed, stressed, ugly and lazy, so why not simply get rid of the old list and adopt the new one as your own?

Some people get to this point and then comment that, “It isn’t that easy!  You can’t simply throw away a bunch of negative beliefs and adopt a brand new set of positive ones!”  But that in itself is just a negative belief – an opinion which holds them back from getting more out of life.  The truth is that changing your beliefs can be as easy as you want it to be, because all you are really doing is changing your opinions.

If you want to live life at the highest possible level, you need to get rid of your self-defeating negative opinions and replace them with positive ones.  Because many of your opinions about yourself and the world you live in act as self-fulfilling prophecies, it makes sense to monitor your opinions closely and to throw the disempowering ones out as soon as you recognise them for what they are.

Of course, if you have lived for thirty or forty years with a certain set of negative opinions (such as “I’m too shy” or “I’m too lazy”) then suddenly adopting an opposing set of positive opinions (such as “I’m confident” or “I’m industrious”) will feel a little strange.  You may even feel as if you are being a fraud or kidding yourself.  But that’s only because you have spent so many years acting as if the negative list of opinions were really true.  If you ignore the uncomfortable feelings and just focus on acting as if the positive list of opinions is true, you will find that they start feeling familiar and comfortable after just a few weeks.  And after a few months the new set of positive beliefs will have displaced the old set entirely.

As your new positive opinions about yourself and the world take root, you will notice that you automatically start thinking, speaking and acting in a much more positive way.  The people around you will soon sense this and start treating you differently as a result.  This is the self-fulfilling power of belief at work – a power which you now have working for you instead of against you.

A Guaranteed Success Formula

Hey, Boomers! Follow these 5 Steps To A Guaranteed Success Formula

Success is not an accident. Success is not a matter of luck. There is a five step formula that can be followed and, if you have the commitment to follow it you will reap the rewards.

Step 1: Decide What You Want

Make a decision as to what success will be for you. Everyone has a different idea of what success is. If you don’t take the time to define it for yourself then how can you possibly get there?

Your definition doesn’t have to please anyone else; as long as it pleases you then it will be something that you can throw your energy into.

Step 2: Find Out What You Have To Do To Get It

At the time that you set your success goal you may have no idea at all as to what you will need to do in order to arrive there.

Most people realize that they would have to study hard and long to learn how to become a brain surgeon, but they somehow miss the fact that they have to spend time learning how to completely turn their life around and achieve outstanding success.

Fortunately some successful people have taken what they have learned over many years and found ways to help you learn quickly and easily. Studying their teachings can take years off your journey and save you a lot of pain and suffering that you might otherwise experience on your own.

Step 3: Break Down What You Have To Do Into Daily Tasks

Once you have discovered what you need to do then it is important to break that into bite size chunks, that you can accomplish in a day (still leaving time to meet your other responsibilities).

In this way each day becomes a mini-success and that will keep your spirits up.

Step 4: Put Those Tasks In Their Order Of Importance

Each night before you go to bed decide what will be the most important task that you need to accomplish the following day.

Make sure that you organize yourself so that you can complete this task as well as the other things you have to do that day. Successful people know how to make decisions and set priorities. That is the shortcut to success.

Step 5: Complete One Of Those Important Steps Each Day

If you can accomplish one task each day then you will have accomplished 365 tasks in one year. Just imagine how much improvement that could total.

Many people set goals but very few carry out an important, goal focused task each day. It’s not that they can’t do it, they simply don’t do it.

This fifth step is where the power resides. It is the habit of chipping away at your goal each and every day that will bring that goal into reality. If you can’t complete a particular task in a day then that task is too big. Keep the tasks small and achievable and before you know it you will have your success goal.

When you look forward a year it may seem a long way away and that may make you impatient. The interesting thing is that impatient people rarely develop the rhythm of daily action necessary to achieve their goal and so when the year has passed they are no closer than they were when the year began.

Keep taking those little steps, one after the other, and you may just amaze yourself at how much you achieve.

Motivation- seven Tips to Keep Yourself Motivated and Achieve Your Dreams

Keeping motivated is an issue everyone has to grapple with. Be it self motivation, employee motivation, student motivation, motivating children, motivating your team.. The most difficult part is when the going gets tough. That’s when demotivation sets in. The motivated person will be able to ride the difficulties and see their dreams come true.

Keeping yourself motivated is the key to long term success and worthwhile accomplishment. Here are some reasons behind achieving sustainable motivation, that will fulfill dreams and make goals a reality.

1. Have a strong reason why. Know why you want to accomplish what you are doing. Examine the consequences if you did not do, and attach a meaning behind what you are doing. The reason why high school dropouts, when they finally turn around, is because they have tasted and experienced the consequence of lack of motivation in their lives. It is because they want to achieve a turnaround and experience success that they are motivated to achieve. A strong emotion has been attached to ie- perhaps pain, and they have a strong reason to change. Victor Frankl, agreed with the philosopher Nietszche that he who has a why to live for can bear with almost any how. At the heart of his theory is the belief that whatever personal circumstances, what keeps us going is the meaning we find in living. Frankl noted that people who had hope of being reunited with loved ones or who had projects they needed to complete or who had great faith tended to have a better chance at survival than those who did not have a reason or had little to keep them from going through the difficulties. The belief and the meaning and the reason for living on belief helped him survive the camps against all odds when millions others perished under the harsh conditions. To keep yourself motivated therefore, create a strong reason for yourself.

2. Set yourself up for success. As human beings, success breeds success. And nothing is sweeter than the taste of accomplishment. We need to experience and know that we can succeed. We get about the same boost from small as well as from big accomplishments. This phenomenon is strange but true. Small victories are often the most fulfilling. The spirit is nurtured by accomplishment. Whether we win big or small does not matter- the fact is, you have accomplished and achieved something significant that we have set out to do and you have tasted success.

3. Contribute to something significant. Most of us have a need to create something positive, to contribute, to pursue a cause in which we can see that that what we are doing is worthwhile. That it is not wasted effort. There is value in what we are doing. And that fulfills the need to contribute to something significant. This is an inherent need in all of us. Fill that need. Motivation will soar when it is seen that there is something positive to give.

4. Create your own goals. If you are leading a group and they are not really motivated, let them create their own goals. It could be students in classroom, employees, your children, your family, your group in the community. By creating and being part of the goal-setting process, you and each individual will have a sense of contribution and have ownership of the goal. When the goal, no matter how small, becomes a reality there is a sense of personal achievement. The future is shaped and a difference is made because they have created the goal and the outcome. This goal setting exercise with personal involvement then also enhances morale. Within the team, it and builds team spirit.

5. Be positively dissatisfied. Dissatisfied people are highly motivated people. Why are so many high school dropouts motivated to achieved great success? Because they have experienced and tasted the need for immediate change. They become highly motivated when they awake to the realities and become dissatisfied with being high school drop out and they become motivated to change. On the other hand, dissatisfaction can lead to negative change and one must beware of letting it lead to discouragement and criticism. Dissatisfaction which leads positive action is the key.

6. Appreciate your own efforts – and appreciate the efforts of others. The need to be appreciated and recognized is deep. Although it is not a prerequisite for internal motivation, when you are recognized for your talent or effort, motivation level certainly increase and makes you want to accomplish more. Do give your employees, students, friends recognition. It will certainly go a long way.

7. Have clear expectations. When you are clear on what you have to accomplish, responsibilities clearly defined, then there will be more sense of control over what can or needs to be accomplished, less confusion and disappointment.

Take steps now towards increasing your value and motivation to accomplish your project, your work, and create the life of your dreams. Remind yourself of the reason and meaning behind what you are doing. Create a mission, a reason, a vision. Give yourself a reason strong enough, that touches them at the core, if possible. Be positively dissatisfied with the current situation. Set your own goals, recognize your efforts and set yourself up for success. Work becomes play, when there is a mission to be accomplished that is worthwhile, achievable and recognized.

What Keeps You Positive and Optimistic to Get Success in Your Life?

Everyone knows that to get success in life, positive attitude plays a vital role. But many of them do not know how to be positive and optimistic throughout the day. What are the things or steps that are important to keep you positive and optimistic. Always think positive, thinking positive will give positive results. If you think you can win, you have already won 50 per cent.

Use your golden hour (first hour of the day) in constructive work. It’s the hour during which you plan your mind and set your emotional tone for the rest of the day. The difference between a successful person and less successful person is positive thinking and planning. Successful people plan their activities in the first two hours. If you get up in the morning at least two hours before you have to be at work, or before your first appointment or meeting, and spend the first hour to make a better plan and by reading good books. If you do not do this and you invest your precious time in the newspaper or magazines, your whole day will flow accordingly. If you invest your golden time in constructive work, planning, reading good books, your whole day will flow more smoothly.

You’ll be more positive, cheerful, hopeful and optimistic. You’ll be calmer, confident and relaxed. You’ll have a greater sense of humor, better control and well-being by the very act of reading healthy material for the first hour of each day. After just a few days of reading for 30 to 60 minutes in the morning, you’ll notice a profound change. As a result of your early morning reading, you’ll feel so excellent about yourself and your life. You will feel more confident and energetic throughout the day. This will help you in making the right decisions and proper management of workflow, etc.

Try to adopt this process for some days and see. It’s a magnificent experience, and it can have a deep impact on the rest of your life. In the period of time before work, another thing that extremely successful people do is plan and prepare for their entire day. If you also want to be successful start practicing this habit from today. I hope from this article you will get some guidelines or help to make your life even better.

Winning Habits Of Success…

First of all, I believe that it’s very important to have written goals. You must know what you want to achieve specifically. You need a “map” for your life. Just like when traveling on vacation.

It is also important to look at your goals every day. You should visualize your goals in your head daily. Act as though you already achieved your goals. Live daily with the attitude of gratitude.

It is important, that as you visualize your goals you get excited, and more excited each time you visualize your goals.

Another thing of importance is writing your main goals down fifteen times each daily. That should help embed your goals deep down into your subconscious mind. Helping you to also believe in yourself more.

Remember, to be inspired, I believe you should have big goals. Of whatever good you choose.

Find needs, and fulfill them.

Once you know where you are headed, you must persevere. Keep on keeping on. Like how a stamp stays on the envelope all the way to its destination.

I believe it’s also important to be charitable. Like the saying goes “people take from the takers, and give to the givers.”

Love the people that you serve. Really care about them. People are more willing to help you if you make them feel important, and respected. Be sincere, and tell people thank you when they help you.

Model successful people. Learn from successful people, that are doing what you want to do.

It’s also important to keep a positive mental attitude. I believe success is 99.9% attitude.

Try to stay away from negative thinking, complaining people. Circulate yourself around positive, upbeat kind of people. Because one increases what one thinks about most.

One very strange, but effective technique in helping stay positive, is get a large elastic band. Put it on your wrist. Of course make sure its loose enough so it doesn’t cut the blood pressure off on your wrist. Do this for a whole month. Whenever you think negatively, pull the elastic band, and snap it on your wrist. I’ve learned this before, and have applied it, and it is effective for me.

Of course, it’s important to take action. Discipline yourself to take massive action.

Also believe in yourself. Say to yourself daily “I can, I can, I can.” As you visualize your goals in your mind.

Write to do lists every night before you go to bed. Write down all the important things you need to accomplish for the next day. Write them in order of most importantance, to the least important. Then cross them off as you get them done.

I believe it’s important to read autobiographies, and biographies of successful people, because reading them can help inspire as well as teach.

One way of helping to remember what you learn, is simply teach others what you learn.

It’s also been said, “communication is the secret to success.” I believe it’s important to study on how to negotiate, and how to influence people. Libraries have many good books to further our education.

These are some of the basics, that I believe, help lead us to achieving more. I hope these tips are helpful to you.

Left Handed Facts – Seven Positive Reasons For Being Left Handed

Left Handed Facts tend to be comical or negative in nature. These seven positive facts will not only make you smile, but should make you proud of being left handed.

1. When at school or any activity that you’re asked if you’re lefty don’t be embarrassed, but feel privileged because you will usually get one-on-one attention (that’s a good thing).

2. Time Magazine’s Person of the Century Albert Einstein was a left hander. His contributions to science and technology were without question, important advances for mankind. Throw his name out if someone’s making fun of us lefties.

3. If you’re a southpaw baseball player then when you bat and complete your swing you are already facing first base and thus have a head start over right handers. A left handed pitcher can keep an eye on first base during his wind-up and keep a runner from stealing second. A first basemen who is a lefty can cover a large amount of the field with their glove on the right hand and they also have an advantage when throwing to second base for a double play.

4. Some of the wealthiest people are left handed (i.e. Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey continue to rank at the top of the richest people in the world and yes they are southpaws). A recent study revealed that lefties with college education earned 10 to 15 percent more than their right handed counterparts

5. New research suggests that left handed people often perform better than right handers at fast or difficult tasks that involve lots of information or stimuli. Lefties may be better at playing fast computer games, talking while driving in heavy traffic and flying a jet fighter – activities that need both hemispheres of the brain to process information quickly.

7. Lefties have a tactical advantage in one-on-one competition. Studies suggests that because lefties are in the minority, right-handed opponents are not use to the way they fight, and the element of surprise gives lefties an advantage.

A Guide Towards Attaining Success in Life:

Hey Boomers!
Remember, complete certainty leads to increased potential producing actionable results. Never give up and have fun doing it!!

Success is a journey and not a destination. It is not measured by accolades but rather by personal effort, risk and sacrifice made in the process. Winning is not everything; attempting to win is everything. While every journey begins with a single step, every single step towards your goal is a success. Making the effort to move one more step ahead is mandatory in order to attain victory. Even if you are on the right truck, you could still get run over, if you just sit there. Winners are ex-failures. Failure only becomes failure after failing to try again. A real champion is decided after a downfall because winners never quit. They are stubborn people who don’t know how to turn down a challenge. Your desire to succeed must exceed your fear to fail. This is because the real challenge begins in your mind. Once you’ve conquered the fear of not succeeding, then you are a victor already. Do not allow passed successes overshadow your future success. Let yesterday’s maximum be today’s minimum. Therefore set new heights for yourself each day. On your journey to success pause to help and partner with others and you will propel yourself towards being triumphant. Avoid being engulfed by your dark past for this will only discourage you from pursuing your goals in life. Your yesterday does not matter, what matters most is what you do from now onwards. Learn from your mistakes and avoid repeating the same. Never give up or be afraid to try. People who have succeeded in life never succeed at their first attempt. Life will always offer us a second chance. After all, nothing good comes easy. Be wise, seek good advice and learn from other people’s experiences. A wise man learns from his experiences, while a wiser man learns from others’ experiences.

Success is a Matter of Determination

The very first step to achieving success is being determined and motivated. This makes determination the key to success. Without determination, success is just but a far away dream. It is the force originating from within you that seeks to bring out the potential in you and drive you to your destiny.

It is the desire of many to achieve success but a determined person is never satisfied until he gets what he is after. Determination is what motivates one to strive and work hard towards success; therefore without it one tends to walk blindly and without purpose.

Determination almost guarantees success. Being fully determined is already success in itself. The rest just follows smoothly. This is because once you have set your mind on something and you really are willing to get it at whatever cost, the body just follows and does as the mind wills. Someone who is strong-minded to get something will always get it at all cost.

I heard somebody once say that you can always get what you want if you want it badly enough. This is very true and agrees with the saying that ‘where there is a will, there is a way’. If you really have a desire to achieve success in life realize there are sacrifices that you will have to take. Nothing in life comes easy.

Determination goes hand in hand with courage and confidence. You will need to trust the great strength that lies within you and believe that you can do it. There is unlimited potential in each one of us but it is up to us to activate the same. Utilize your full potential and you are definitely guaranteed of success.
