Even though staying power is so crucial to mastering your mind power, the vast majority of people are generally ready to throw in the towel at the first sign of difficulty they encounter. Unfortunately, only at relative few carry on until their mind power is under their control. To change your life for the better according to your wishes, QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION! your focus and your efforts must continually be in the direction of your most cherished desires, your burning desires as Napoleon Hill states it.
Here is a quick and simple test you can take to determine if your desires are burning or not. Sit quietly for a while and calm your mind as much as you can. Bring one of your desires onto the screen of your mind. See yourself in your mind as already having possession of and thoroughly enjoying your desire. Focus on with all of your will. Now notice the positive emotions you begin to feel (These emotions must be positive, in other words, feel good). Using your will once again, intensify the emotions you are experiencing as much as you can. For there to be a burning desire, that feeling (or those feelings) must be stronger than any fear you can imagine related to experiencing your desire.
Sporadic hit and miss efforts will not do any more good for you than making an occasional fire will keep you warm through a freezing winter season. I am not suggesting that your efforts must begin at full speed as if you were running a sprint. Starting slowly is not a sin. In fact starting slowly might well be a blessing for you. Sustainability is what you should seek. Sustained focus and effort toward mastering your mind power is paramount.
You might as well know here and now that one or more of the myriad of fears lurking in your subconscious mind is going to surface the moment you begin your journey. The first fear that most people seem to have to face is the fear of criticism, the fear of what people might think or say. When your environment and the conditions around you scream to you that you should stop fooling yourself, that all of your efforts are yielding no visible results, etc., quickly turn your attention away from such thoughts and bring your focus to your desires, your goals, your intentions.
Always take another step. Make another attempt, then another, and another. Never allow yourself to have the title of “quitter” attached to your name. Repeat your affirmation one more time. Think one more positive thought about your desires that evokes good feelings. It has not been given to you know how many steps are necessary, how many attempts you must make, how many times you must repeat an affirmation to experience your desires. If you persist, however, you will succeed.
Be like the ant that devours an elephant, the stream that sculpted the Grand Canyon, or the raindrop that washes away a mountain. Purge your mind of such words as quit, cannot, failure and impossible. If they should continue to appear, grab a thesaurus, find antonyms for each of those words that does appear and make them your new companions instead.
This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power and bring more of your desires into your experience. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve…so long as you do not quit.

There are an endless amount of self improvement books or websites that are available and yet, studies show that most people will never really make any use of them at all. Most people never even finish reading the book that they buy, let alone put forth any real effort to master the motivational material that they may be reading.
If you really want your life to change or if you really want to experience better results from your efforts, you have to make sure that you are committed to putting forth real effort and action based upon what you learn. It will not always be an easy road, but you must be able to get yourself into a positive state of mind as well as be ready to put forth real action.
WHAT IS THE MISSING INGREDIENT?
For many people, the missing ingredient is having the proper motivation to keep yourself moving forward to whatever it is that you want to achieve or accomplish in your life. If you cannot master your own motivation, it will be hard for you to really make substantial improvements to your life.
Most people feel the right amount of motivation right after they have read a certain book or listened to a CD, but it wanes after a few days or weeks. so, you must be willing to make decisions right away. This is the only way that you will guarantee that you stay on the path that you are committed to.
You can have all the things that you desire if you can master your own personal motivation!

Learning to create your day can have a profound impact on the ease at which you manifest your goals and dreams. You can improve the very quality of your day, simply by deciding to. This may surprise you but you are the one who is really in control of how you perceive your day. So, are you having a good day today?
Or is today one of those days… you know, one of those days that seem to drag on and on and on, one of those days where things go wrong, one after another, one of those days where you can’t wait until the day is finally done with?
Would you like to have fewer of those kinds of days? You can, simply by applying the ideas in this article.
We all have those days once in a while. The problem is that you have too many of them. It can make you feel like nothing is going your way… like the world is against you. It can feel like you don’t have any power to control your day… stuff just happens ‘to you’, stuff that brings you down and turns your day upside down.
The good news is that you don’t have to give up your happiness. You can literally select the type of day that you would like to have. You can choose to be happy and to feel good, or you can choose to let yourself get tossed around by life.
You can decide to create your day, you can literally mold it and shape it into the kind of experience that you want.
You may find it hard to believe, that you have this kind of power, that you have this kind of control. The key thing to remember is that it is not the events around you that create a good day or a bad day for you. It is how you perceive those events around you and then how you react to those events around you.
This is what makes the difference between failure and success. Between being happy and struggling. Between having one of those days and having a GREAT day!
It is your mental attitude… your outlook on life that makes the difference. Do you expect today to be just another lousy day? Well, guess what? It will be!
On the other hand, if you expect today to be full of adventure and opportunity, it will be!
In order to create your day in the manner you desire, you have to be willing to examine your perceptions, and then to make a decision that in spite of whatever challenges you may encounter that today will be a good day.
The choice is yours!
You can decide to make today a great day by choosing to focus on those things that matter to you, that are important to you. You understand this principle on a subconscious level. You know that you are in control , you simply forget to use that control.
So, go ahead. Decide that today will be a good day. Decide that in spite of whatever curveballs life throws at you today, that you will create your day in a fashion that suits YOU.

Success Is not only a matter of material or monetary possessions.Success goes way beyond that. Success is a natural longing that each and every one of us has programmed within us by the great power that gives us life to grow, to develop, to become bigger, stronger, and reach our true potential.
This natural longing to advance and progress is ignored or repressed by many due to poor self-esteem, negative thinking, destructive programming, and lack of confidence in their ability and themselves.
As individuals we are continuously pulled by our nature in opposite directions. One part of us wants the self to move forward and become the best it can be. The other part is always pulling us back or telling us that we are comfortable were we are and there is no need to change. Which nature wins the battle depends completely upon each individuals desire to become a complete success.
How to Program yourself for success:
1. Read in magazines the success stories of others. Display images of successful people you admire in your home, on your desk at work, in your car, any place that you will see them and remind yourself of whom you want to become and the successes you wish to achieve.
2. Read the autobiographies of successful people. Find out how they overcame adversities and setbacks and still managed to reach their goals.
3. Watch inspirational videos and read books written by great motivators such as Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Les Brown and countless others.
4. Believe in yourself. Focus on what you want, see a clear picture in your mind of the results you expect to obtain. Always affirm and claim that you have already achieved it.
Success is within your grasp. Be conscious of what is stopping you from becoming the successful individual you want to become. Use the three steps above to program yourself for triumph. Try new things and don’t let temporary difficulty stop you from accomplishing your hearts desires.

If motivation is what fuels your actions then inspirational thoughts is what fuels your motivation. Consider what it takes to get motivated in the first place, an inspiration. When inspired you’re stimulated or motivated to take action. When your inspiration weakens you then experience a lack of motivation.
Gaining the initial motivation to take a course of action is a relatively easy feat. Learning how to stay motivated is a more difficult task and is the topic of our discussion here today.
Let’s look at 3 simple yet effective techniques you can use to stay motivated while in pursuit of any goals you have set.
Stay Focused on Your Goals
Do not forget what it is you are trying to achieve. It is sometimes easy to get so caught up in the chase itself that we tend to forget what it is we are chasing. When this occurs the drudgery of the chase wears you down sapping your energy, enthusiasm and motivation. The end result is that you quit!
Remember it is the end result we are striving to attain so it’s important to continually remind ourselves of the benefit we’re going to experience. Remember Your Why! This will help to keep you motivated during your pursuit. Chart Your Progress
A form of daily inspiration, charting your progress is more of a visual that displays to you the progress you are making. This type of encouragement will help fuel your energy and enthusiasm so that you can maintain the efforts needed to reach your goal. Surround Yourself with Like Minded People
By associating with people who have the same goals keeps you reminded to stay focused. Sharing thoughts and ideas will not only keep you motivated but also lend a different yet beneficial perspective to your own approach.
Associating with those who already have accomplished the goals you’re pursuing is an affirmation that these goals can be reached. It is also a chance to gain insight from somebody who has ‘been there and done that.’ It is much easier to follow a path that has already been made than to blaze a brand new trail.
As you can see by maintaining inspirational thoughts you are greatly enhancing your ability to remain driven toward the goals you’ve set for yourself. When you first get motivated to pursue any objective your enthusiasm is sky high but over time it tends to weaken. This results in a lack of motivation. With the help of different forms of daily inspiration you will be able to maintain that inner drive you’ll need to reach your desired objectives. Learning how to stay motivated in this way will make you more successful in both the personal and professional aspects of your life.

Over the past few weeks, there has been blanket coverage over the tragic death of Michael Jackson. There have been vigils, memorial shows and gatherings across the globe, where fans have united in their grief to mourn the loss of the “King of Pop”.
Jackson was known and applauded around the world for his music, but his private life often came to the fore which in recent years, led him to become a virtual recluse before his much anticipated comeback tours.
There have been countless interviews with friends, relations, industry experts and media executives, all giving their opinion and thoughts on his demise and what he would be remembered for.
Although there are different viewpoints, Jackson’s legacy will largely be that of his music which made him such a phenomenon. Bare music store shelves and record download figures following his death substantiate that he was one of the greatest performers of our time. The legacy of his music will love through his fans – both those within the entertainment industry and those who loved his music.
It often takes the death of someone – either high profile like Jackson, or someone closer to us, to make us acknowledge the fragility of life. It is common to take stock of what we have and what we have yet to achieve and often renews the importance of living every moment of our lives to the full.
These thoughts can also lead us to think about our own legacy – what are we likely to be remembered for? What do we want to be remembered for? If there are differences in your answers to these questions, it’s time to get working on your legacy. When coaching clients, it is common practice to first identify a client’s goal and then work back from the goal to identify the tasks that needed to be completed in order to achieve it. Working on your legacy works in exactly the same way.
For example, imagine you wanted to be remembered as someone who was kind, generous and willing to help anyone in need. Think about what you would need to do in order to be remembered that way. Write down what you think you would be doing in order to be remembered as someone kind and generous and, from there, you can work back towards this moment and list one small thing you can do today, right now that brings you closer to your legacy.
So your plan could be something like this – you will carry out at least one random act of kindness starting today and continue each day. You could follow this up by making a regular donation to a charity close to your heart or investigate the volunteering opportunities available and take on a rewarding and fulfilling role helping others.
Working on your legacy isn’t morbid, it’s quite the reverse. It can help you to clarify the person you want to be and what you want to do with your life. Your legacy is a celebration of your life – the person you are, the things that you do and what impact you have on those around you. Using the example above, would it be a bad thing if someone was so motivated by your voluntary work that they did the same too? Of course not. Enriching your own life and achieving your goals is not only empowering for you, it inspires and encourages others to make changes in their lives too.
So do a stock-take of your life today. If there are things you aren’t doing in your life right now, or there are things you want to change – START NOW! You have a life to live and a legacy to leave!

When is the last time you’ve given yourself permission to do something just for the fun of it? I know…we all get caught up in work, family, and home. But isn’t it time that you made time for yourself? With summer in full swing, you should kick off your shoes and step back into your childhood for just a little while. Take this time to be funky and fun loving. Get out into the great outdoors and explore your inner child by looking at the nature that surrounds you with a new set of eyes, a free spirit, and an open mind.
“But I’ve got prior engagements,” you say? Nope. Not today. Today, I want you to relax and get the lead out of your mind — it’s weighing you down. What is your intuition telling you right now? I imagine that you think that your conscious mind is what dictates your life…and most times, that is true because that is how most of us function on a day-to-day basis. What I’m talking about is your inner consciousness — your intuitive power that sometimes supersedes your conscious mind…or in some cases, may be buried in the noise of your conscious mind. Your intuition has no inhibition. It is free from all external sources except the Universal flow of energy. And the flow of Universal energy gives you all the inspiration and motivation to be at peace with your self, and with your soul being.
Now, what is it that you’ve been putting off to do? You know the “I can go to the beach next time…” statement you keep telling yourself? There may not be an opportunity for “next time” if you keep putting off an enjoyable event you’d like to do today. Let your inhibitions run wild…if just for a little while. When you get in touch with your inner child, you begin to see things more vividly; and you gain clarity in your mind’s eye so you can accomplish bigger and better things in your life. An emotional and physical break from your daily routine is exactly what you need right now — right at this very moment.
Go ahead – you deserve a break today. Whatever you choose to do — whether it’s a day trip to the beach, an afternoon at the park, a family barbecue, or maybe just going to the local playhouse to catch the latest showing of “Grease,” go ahead and schedule your plans and do what you love to do just for the fun of it. Reward yourself with a pleasant and enjoyable time; on which you can reflect at any time, all the time. When you craft beautiful memories for yourself, your intuition and soul being always have something creative to fall back upon. And when you’re at peace with your soul, the Universal flow of energy invites more positive opportunities into your life. Don’t let another summer pass you by without adding a little enjoyment into your life. Listen to your intuition, it’s hungry for a recharge — and now is the best time as ever.

I’m sure that there are lots of things that you really love. You may love your parents, your husband/wife, your girl friend/boyfriend and your children. You may love your car, your home or even your new mobile phone.
But let me ask you a question that may seem really weird, ‘do you love yourself?’ Do you love that person you see in the mirror every day? If you find that you have many things in life to be grateful for but are still not happy with, the reason may be because you have not learned to love yourself.
In order to be HAPPY and SUCCESSFUL, you have to start by loving yourself. The reason why many people feel lousy about themselves and fail to achieve is because they don’t like who they are.
Many people think that they must first become successful before they start loving themselves and their life. In fact, the opposite is true. You must first love yourself before you can become successful. People who love and feel good abut themselves have what is called HIGH SELF-ESTEEM.
The Most Important Person In Your Life Is…
Let me give you the most important reason why you should love yourself.
Imagine that there was someone whom you have to spend the rest of your life with. You had to spend every minute of every day with this person, day in and day out. This person is the first you see when you wake up in the morning and the last person you see when you go to sleep.
This person is there on all your life’s special occasions: your birthday, Christmas, New Year, your wedding and finally, your funeral. This person is there during all of your life’s ups and downs. This person shares your sorrows and your joys.
When you are down, only this person can cheer you up. When you fall, only this person can pick you up. When you set a goal, only this person can give you the motivation and confidence to achieve it. This person will never leave you and is the only one you can truly depend on.
If you didn’t like this person, wouldn’t your life be absolutely miserable? You’d be forever stuck to a person you didn’t like. You wouldn’t be able to do anything! I am sure you can guess that this person is YOU!
YOU are the most important person in your own life.
The Power of Loving Yourself
When you really love someone, you always want the very best for him or her, right? You would do anything for them. You would make sacrifices for them and defend them if anyone speaks badly of them.
The same thing goes when you love yourself.
When you love yourself, you will want the very best for yourself. You would not accept anything less than the best for yourself. You will want the best relationships, the best career, the best partner and the best home. You will not accept being in an abusive relationship. You will not accept being stuck in a job you hate. You will not accept a mediocre life that is going nowhere.
In other words, those who love themselves dream big and set high standards for themselves. At the same time, you would be willing to work hard and make sacrifices for yourself. You will be willing to sacrifice the effort to go to the gym, to read a self-improvement book and to avoid unhealthy foods that are bad for you.
When You Like Yourself, People Will Start to Like You
When I talk about loving yourself, I am not talking about being an arrogant, egotistical braggart who looks at your self every ten minutes and boastfully says, ‘I am the greatest’. Nobody likes people like that!
In fact, people who really love themselves never boast or show off! They don’t need to. They already feel good about themselves inside.
When you like yourself, you will feel good about yourself. You will have the confidence to take on challenges, make friends and be outgoing. You will smile alot and talk positively about yourself and others. People who feel good about themselves see the good in others and give them sincere encouragement and praise.
This confidence and positive attitude will make you really charming and attractive to others. People will start to admire and respect you. People love being around positive people because it makes them feel good as well.
What Happens When You Don’t Love Yourself?
On the other hand, teens who hate themselves tend to remain unhappy and unsuccessful. When you don’t like yourself, you tend to put yourself down, think negatively of yourself and set low personal standards.
Back in secondary school, I remember asking one of my friends Stan which University he was aiming to go for. He said, ‘ I don’t want to go to the university.’ ‘With a university degree, you can get a much better job and live a more comfortable life. You can get success, respect and more money,” I said. He replied, ‘who cares?’
At the time, I couldn’t understand why Stan would not care about his own future. Later I realized it was because Stan did not like himself very much. In his mind, he did not think he deserved a great life. He believed that only other people who were better deserved such a successful life.
So, begin the journey of success and happiness by first loving yourself!

Affirmations for Inner Healing, Building Self-Esteem, and Spiritual Awareness
by Suzanne E. Harrill, M.Ed., LPC
I am at peace with myself and accept my oneness with all life.
I draw from the wellspring of the Source to fill my heart with love, joy, peace, beauty, and grace. As I fill myself I have more than enough to nourish myself and others.
My wisdom guides me moment by moment to know how to act, how to think, and to say.
I accept the rhythm of life with its periods of great activity and fellowship with others and its periods of silence and quiet time to be alone.
I feel safe and secure, knowing the greater wisdom of the Universe is always there to listen, comfort, guide, teach, and heal me through meditation and prayer.
As I learn to connect more and more with my true Self, I give up all pain and suffering that I have caused myself by my miscreations. I accept responsibility for my life and see deeper meaning behind all experiences.
I forgive myself for being unaware and for allowing situations to continue that did not support my highest good and spiritual intentions.
I forgive others in order to stop the wounds of the past from coloring the present. I accept the power of Love to heal all pain and suffering so I can extend love to all others, even those whom I choose not to have an active relationship with, that I dislike, or who have hurt me. Current grievances roll off my back like water off a duck.
In my new world nothing is a mistake, everything is of value for the upliftment of my consciousness. I take full responsibility to be the gardener of my life, continually planting new seeds of transformation and pulling the weeds of my miscreations.
Today is a new beginning in consciousness and I use my creative power to draw to me situations and people that help me heal emotionally and spiritually and to actualize my potential.
I rejoice in my new life as I live from the full place of unconditional Love, Light, and Power. I play the hand I was dealt willingly, joyfully, and with awareness. I love myself and appreciate my life.
Read these affirmations before you go to sleep and when you awaken. You can record them on a tape, in your own voice, to play for yourself. Add some of your own affirmations. Affirmations repeated over time reprogram your subconscious mind and help you enjoy healthier results in life.

There will be days where you don’t want to do anything involving that dreaded four letter word – work. Whatever type of work you do in order to get to a specific goal you have in mind, sometimes we need that burst of energy to combat that “lazy,” “procrastinating,” “I-don’t-want-to-do-it” voice in our heads.
Everybody goes through this; it’s common, but it’s important to understand how to quickly get yourself into gear so you are taking action. One of the best ways is to motivate yourself. Here are ten effective methods you use whenever you feel like you need motivation.
Looking to the Future
Knowing what it is that you want in life gives you motivation. You should have a vision of your ideal life. Where you want to travel? Where do you want to live? You could be cruising on a Yacht in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You could be living in a mansion with a beautiful, loving spouse and kids playing around you. You could buy that dream car you’ve always wanted ever since you were a teenager. Make a collage and post it on the wall. Don’t be afraid to let other people see it if it’s something that motivates you to do your work. It’s for you, not for anybody else.
Going Outside and Run
Yes, run. It’s very healthy for you in fact. By running you’ll be stimulating blood to your brain and allowing more oxygen in your body, letting you think better. But the point is to get you away from all this swirling chatter going inside your mind at the moment and just enjoy whatever is going on outside. Maybe you can just jog around the neighborhood and see people watering the grass, kids playing outside, people talking and help each other, etc. There’s more to life than being stuck at work and sometimes getting your adrenaline running while seeing something else besides your work is a simple yet powerful source of motivation.
Getting Inspiration from Gurus
Everybody has role models. There are many inspiration people out there that have overcome feats in way worst situations than you. I mean Donald Trump is a good example. He was over 900 million dollar in debt at one point, but after ten years from that experience, somehow managed to pull himself out to become one of the wealthiest people on earth today. It may take some work to looking into their biography, but it’s worth it. Find out who inspires you that works in the same field you are in and read up on them. Post a picture of them on your wall and use their pathway to success to help you give you motivation whenever you are feeling down.
Just Taking Action
Believe it or not, some people think it’s ridiculous that one needs motivation to get to work. If you just take action, you might find that motivation will come to you when you are deeply in tuned with what you are doing. You will feel the momentum! An example might be turning something you hate doing and then diving straight into it and turning it into an obsession. And as you are taking action and “in the moment”, you may gradually be more aware of all the little things that you never noticed before, which might interest you, give you more motivation to dive deeper into your work, and perfect it.
Stimulating Pain
Some people can’t feel motivated if they don’t feel pain or a sense of desperation to do something. These would be times of need, when there is no other option but to work. This type of “urgency” gives a person a burst of energy to get things done. You can create pain by going back and remembering the painful consequences you had to deal with when you needed to get something done or if you don’t get something done such as getting yelled at by someone you’re afraid of or the feeling of living out in the streets and having no home.
I remember my freshman high school basketball coach was one of the scariest people on earth; every time he barked, we would listen. He turned what I thought was going to be a fun basketball experience into a physical living nightmare, but it motivated each of us to struggle, work, and fight for our lives, or we would be punished and or eventually be cut from the team. Sometimes discomfort may be the best motivators of all, since if we feel too comfortable with ourselves we lack discipline and don’t want to take action at all.
Competition
Are you blood thirsty to be the best? Do you have that killer instinct to out compete your opponents? In every field of work, when more than one person is trying to achieve the same thing, there is always going to be competition no matter what. Some people are afraid of it, others use it to motivate them to become better and work harder. Maybe it’s time for you to be aware of who is your competition right now, the ones that you see and don’t see, and put it on your wall, so you know you’re objective is beat them, to get ahead, to win. Go into the “survival-of-the-fittest” mode and use that drive to make you take action whenever you think about competition.
Music
It’s a no brainer that music affects our mood. If you put on a blues song, you’ll feel sad. If you put on a jazz song, you will feel relaxed. If you put on pop song, you will feel happy. If you put on a motivational song, you will feel motivated. And how many songs are there like this that you can find? Millions. People have different preferences of songs that affect them; you just have to find a song that motivates you. Songs that have made me motivated usually have a fast beat. If you enjoy hip-hop, try listening to
“Changes” by Tupac or “Opportunity” by Eminem.
Creating Laughter
Laugh your way to motivation. Life doesn’t always have to be serious, nor it does it always require a an awe-inspiring, perfectly crafted way to get motivation. Sometimes all you need is just a good laugh, shrug off your worries, and you’re good to go. Imagine something funny in the past that was so stupid that it made you laugh, or if your good at improv, take any current situation and turn it into something so ridiculously pointless that it makes you laugh as well. Use self-deprecation, act stupid, be an idiot for once, pretend your work is funny and just wants your attention, then make fun of both of you guys. Use humor; it’s a wonderful feeling.
Small Bits
One little, small, single, tiny… step goes a long way. When you feel you like you can’t even get yourself to get to work, just do one thing that can, even if it’s the littlest thing possible. Then, reward yourself every time you take small step. Give yourself a pat on the back. It’s supposed to be a psychological effect to trick you mind into thinking you’re doing more work than you actually are, but then end results are that you are already doing work so why not just go forth with it.
For example, I used to hate doing math homework in high school. Many times I’d procrastinate and put it off to the side. I found that if I just took the energy to just open my backpack and flip it to the page of my homework and just look at it for a few seconds; I knew I could at least do the first three problems. From there, I could do the next one, then the next one, and before I knew it, I would subconscious be in the process of doing my homework.
Knowing Why
Finally, do you know why you are working? Or are you just blindly working for no reason? We all do things for a reason and sometimes if you know exactly why you are doing what you do, it will be enough to motivate you. Maybe this beyond materialism, maybe it has to do with helping a love one, or getting yourself out of an ugly situation, or maybe it just has to do with personal growth. What is your purpose? Whatever it is, make sure your why is something that makes you desire it and motivates you whenever you think of it. This will help you take action.
What Motivates Me?
There isn’t one thing that specifically motivates me. I usually get motivated by random things that happen to be around me during that specific time. But the one thing that usually always help motivate me is knowing what is going to happen if I do something. What is going the outcome or the result of something. What is going to be inevitable.
For example, I know if I take the time to read a book I will educate myself and learn something new. Sometimes reading isn’t always fun, but I know it’s inevitable that I’ll at least get something out of it and that is enough to motivate me to take action. And if you keep doing something enough times, you know, what will be the result of not only for the short term but in the long term? Look ahead. I mean, sometimes motivation is necessary to give you that quick burst of energy but, ultimately you want to use it produce an inevitable outcome that you know will happen ahead of you. Don’t rely on needing motivation every single time just to get something done.
Find a way to make your work into a consistent habit and you’ll soon realize that you won’t need that much motivation to do something; you’ll motivation will die down but you’ll be able to do what you need to get done. That, in my opinion, should be the reason for motivation – not just having a “high” and forgetting about the next day, but using it a crutch to make your actions a consistent habit so you can always take action without always thinking, “I need motivation today in order to get to work.”
